I bought this one because I thought the design of the tips of the individual flowers looked less sharp to be honest. I am very happy with this purchase, like they say you’re nervous system adjusts to the initial uncomfortableness of the pointed ends. I also think the material used is well made, and the pillow has a natural filling. I haven’t noticed any off gassing, or odors. I can’t compare this to other brands as this is my first. 😉

Bought this for my gf since she had back pain and issues. She was excited when I got it for her but was skeptical that it wouldn't do anything. After a few days she was loving it. Happy I found something that she likes and helps her with back pain.

These are "acupressure needle stimulation pad" or a "bed of nails".. The product reviewed here has Acupressure Mat and Acupressure Pillow just like the seller describes. I must admit, I tried them for the first time in my life. I found that these are little hard at first to get used to. If it hurts you (Like it did for me) make sure you wear some sort of thick clothing for few trial rounds to get used to the spikes. When used correctly these massage mats are indeed relaxing and effective for helping relieve tension throughout the body and ideal for people with back pain as it relieves back pain merely by lying down on the mat for 15-30 minutes each session.Reading on the internet it seems that you should not go for anything strenuous exercises after using this type of product reviewed here as it will be counterproductive. After acupuncture, the body will release toxins that need to be flushed out. Hence, drinking water is the key to eliminate toxins from the body. After using the product relax and drink a glass of water or two and repeat the process until you see the benefits. Do not overuse the product as that also can make the joints sore.In my humble opinion, For the asking price the quality of the product is decent. The inclusion of a carrying bag makes it useful to carry it to your yoga classes or to your exercise room with ease. Moreover since the product has sharp spikes which can potentially hurt small children running around on them. Thus the carrying bag also doubles as a safe storage place for your exercise mat when you are done using them for the day.Rating the product with four stars!

I bought this looking for something more "aggressive" than what I had. Spikes in the picture looked pretty intense. Received it to find it wasn't quite as aggressive as what I had. No fault of the product. Just wasn't what I was looking for. Looked to be pretty well made and would have lasted a long time.

I have a bad neck and shoulder pain. A friend suggested me to check this acupressure mat out. It was very painful for me the first time when I lying down. After a month of use, I felt less painful around my muscles and I started to enjoy it. It also came with instruction and I like how different ways you can actually use this mat. I will keep trying this and see how it works. So far I am enjoying it.

Love this! I deal with neck and back pain along with migraines. This set is great! I just got it so I’m not laying down on the mat yet but have been putting it behind me on the couch to get used to it. I feel like I can see an improvement already. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The mat and pillow seem fine, but there were no instructions for use or examples of ways to use to help with pain. I have never had one of these before and have no idea how to use it. :(

What I did like was the excellent quality of the materials used. The coconut fiber inside the mat and the buckwheat hulls in the pillows. The little flowers themselves were amazing. I just wish they were arranged to get the maximum benefit from the mat. The point of having them closer together like those seen in the pranamat and other brands is to get be sure to get the pressure points. I did end up returning because I was looking for a different arrangement of the flowers, but their customer service was really helpful and I am giving them 3 stars for the quality and customer service.
