I purchased this laptop for home and school use - mainly to use office, web browsing, and streaming videos. The system arrived quickly and works great. The only feature I'm disappointed with is the sound volume from the internal laptop speaker is pretty low. Even with the master volume control at 100% and the volume of the media (YouTube, Netflix, etc) playing all the way up, the sound volume is still lower than I would expect. My phone plays much louder than this laptop.

Product came exactly as described. I needed a laptop that had fast speed - this is exactly it! It is extremely fast. Very light weight makes it easy to carry. Love the lit keyboard. Great product!

I am very happy with my laptop. For context, I was a graduate student collecting lots of data, processing data, writing papers, and in my free time doing some light gaming. This computer has great graphics, very portable, light weight and I love the look and general design. The keyboard has a good ergonomic setup. I like the number pad to the side for convenience and I have enough RAM and storage to continue data processing and gaming. Although the volume does not get too high on this device, that can be solved with some speakers, if necessary. Overall 9/10.

The Acer Aspire 5 is a wonderful laptop! It feels premium and it is very snappy. Though it gets a little warm, I’ve yet to experience any throttling of its performance.

I bought this laptop for myself and for my childs online classes. It is amazing! Large screen, plenty of memory, very light weight and the wireless mouse was an extra bonus that came with the laptop. Highly recommend. Great customer service as well. Thanks

I have waited a bit over month to write this review to see how I like this laptop and honestly there is very little not to like. It is plenty fast for my needs, lightweight, nice screen, boots up really quick and I even like the look of it. IO have always been a Dell computer guy but I found this one with the specs I wanted at a great price. The seller had gotten really good reviews so I decided to give Acer a try. I'm am really pleased so far!I do feel I need to bring up a negative. If you read the reviews of this Acer many of the reviewers have complained about the sound volume being low, It is no lie. For some odd reason the volume on this laptop is just very loud. I mean you can hear it if there is not a lot of noise in the room but occasionally you will get a video with where the recorded volume is low that is when the computer becomes an issue. Other than that this computer is win!!

I bought this computer for my husband to use for business. I was torn between this processor of the AMD Rayzen and the i5core aspire. I'm not a tech person and Treading the waters and felt like sinking when it comes to all the components that go into a great computer. Do to the high reviews I decided on this computer with the AMD processor and so far it has exceeded my husband demands in being fast and functional in everything he needs to do with it. Praying this can last and be a great purchase for us. Not to mention the customer service has been great and we received the computer sooner than it said it was going to be delivered.

I was looking for a laptop for school and work. So far it exceeds my expectations running programs I use to create decals and logos with ease, and with plenty of memory to spare. Also it delivered in two days! Only down side is the speakers are not so loud but not terrible, I used headphones most of time though so no complaints here.
