Smaller size for under 30 lb child
They are expensive, but if you wanted to start earlier than 3 years old, this is the only pull up training pants I have found. Get them used to wearing something other than a diaper. Tears apart on the sides pretty easily.

They came opened / ripped in box . Haven’t opened yet to see if they are damaged or not.. have about 7 left before I open them..

These work for potty training: 18-month old boy
These are disposable diapers that pull up and down like underwear. We purchased these to help potty train an 18-month old boy. They fit a little loosely, but are snug enough. They're easy to pull up and down, which is the most critical quality for routine trips to the toilet with a toddler. Good product.
