It’s works if you stay on it.

I was on the fence for at least a month about this product after I found it. So between car accident and quitting smoking I gained a bit of weight which also came anxiety. I started this 06/14/2025 and today 06/27/2025 I've had nothing but headaches last few days and anxiety is soooo bad at first it mellowed me out and took care of anxiety etc but it just came back full force. Definitely will not purchase again.

Not that effective

I have been taking this product for years. I love it, it makes you feel good about yourself. Yes it works all I can say is try it. You won't be disappointed. 😊
