I wanted to use this product just to be healthier, and incorporate something new in my body to promote wellness. Flaxseed is beneficial as an anti-inflammatory, preventing heart disease (gives you good fat instead of bad), weight loss, healthy skin, and much more.I am young and don't have health issues yet. Thus, I decided to stop taking them everyday. If you have no issues with your body, I suggest not taking them everyday as well. The oil in these pills, was breaking my face out. I didn't break out bad, but every day, a new couple of pimples appeared and it became annoying.On top of that and drinking soy milk, I had two sources of estrogen production products for intake. Even though a lady commented that it helped her period, it did the opposite for me. My period cramps came back harder and irregular: came early, cramped on the first day and the last day (usually cramping last for the first 3 and it's the hardest on the first). This is another reason I have calmed down from the flaxseed oil pills.Also, my weight has not changed since taking this pill. if anyone was interested in that. I am active and do strength training, yet I have an awesome regulating and fast metabolism. These pills did not alter my weight.Since I still have the bottle, I will finish them, taking 1 about once a month, That's it. For those who don't have the health issues be careful in taking them (especially twice a day).

I was excited about this product because it was advertised as "organic. I was surprised, and disappointed, by the fact that the capsule is made with gelatin (bovine). I would much prefer a vegan capsule option.

I purchased these as a supplement to help up my good cholesterol. Idk if they have worked yet because I haven’t gone back for blood work yet. I’m hoping it did. They are easy to swallow and have no after taste. I do take it with food because I find if I don’t I get an upset stomach.

I originally started out by taking (liquid) flaxseed oil and mixing it into shakes. WOW! I put on a lot of weight fast. I just didn't consider that I would have to really watch what else I was eating, when taking 2 Tablespoons full (36 grams of fat). I was SUPER excited to find these capsules. I can get the same benefits I was getting from the oil (able to eat foods I have intolerances for and have NO issues, symptoms, problems) with only 2 grams of fat (taking 2 capsules). I am very happy with this product and will buy again. :)

I used to get the worst kind of period pain yiugould imagine. But ever since I've been taking these fla seed oil capsules it seems every month gets easier and easier and far less painful each time!! I can not tell you how exciting this is! I used to lose two days out of every month to bring huddled in a ball on the floor or in my bed. Not only has the pain almost completely gone away, but the heaviness and bloating and grogginess that I used to get have also become a lot less. I am afraid to stop taking this product from now on!!!!
