Afro Heal Organic, Raw and Unrefined African Shea Butter (100g, Ivory)

Hi friends ! I had ordered this product from a chennai based company named Vijay Impex. Unfortunately what they show online and what deliver is completely different. Because the product that came home was disgusting. First of all the bottle was nowhere like they have shown online. Infact the bottle was plain dirty cheap plastic bottle looked like some throw away bottle and besides the worst was the contents in it was also not looking good at all. I know shea butter is mostly ivory or yellow but the contents in this dirty cheap plastic bottle i received at home was neither ivory nor yellow infact it was some greyish colour. The look of the contents was absolutely disgusting and yuck. I was highly disappointed. When i informed the company they called saying that the product is genuine only the bottle is little old. But friends how can the company justify. I believe if they are a genuine company their products will also be genuine. I feel badly cheated.

I am still testing this. It smells exactly like cocoa butter. There are some small rough granulas in it ...it could mean a couple of things. Not as pale as another I bought that said to be raw and organic so this could mean a couple of things as well. Skin is softer where I apply.

this is an original shea butter. smells like it, texture is like it and colour is like it. would recommend it.

I ordered this adro heal unrefined shea butter from vijay impex..i have a concern..as far as my knowledge is concern shea butter generally is of ivory yellowish off white color..but the product i received it is of little bit of ash color..can you please explain....

I'm not an expert in shea butter but this looks like a raw one, it is not greasy and has that strong smell of shea butter
