Great sound quality (mic and speakers) for voice/meetings, but not for music
I'm a software engineer working from home 95% of the time and these are the perfect headset for that purpose. I've had no issues using these with SfB, Teams, Zoom, as well as telehealth calls. And the audio quality is fantastic (mic and speakers). I've had a coworker even ask what device I use because I sound so good during meetings, he even asked if these were like a $300 headset or something. (Though the price has gone up since I bought these 3 years ago.)Pros:1. A fantastic headset for modern meetings. It's obviously engineered specifically for that purpose. The mic and speakers are fantastic.2. I do like that I can secure the controls to my desk using the included magnetic plate.Cons:1. I wish the head piece was padded on top. Others may not have a problem, as my head shape has a sort of mound on top. These start to feel uncomfortable on my mound after about 30 minutes. I'm about to look for a 3rd party headphone pad on Amazon.2. Not really a con for me, but you should be aware that music sounds awful on these. These were obviously engineered for top-notch voice quality and not music. I have separate headphones for music (an old Sennheiser PX 100, which I wish they still made.)

This headset is sturdy, flexible, comfortable, and sounds great
I've spent lots of money on low-end and mid-quality headsets. I wanted a high quality headset for an extensive interview campaign and this is what my research lead me to. I've been a fan of Sennheiser since being exposed to their headphones in my days as a radio announcer. This headset is sturdy, flexible, and works great. Audio quality is solid for both the mic and headphones. I like that I can plug and play. There are lots of nice touches, like being able to label the set with my name, magnetic plate for locking down the control stick. And it does work well for playing music while I'm not on line. While the bass response isn't killer, it sounds good for a small set of headphones. It's very comfortable for long discussions.I use this with my MacBook Pro and Skype. The hangup button doesn't work as it's tuned to Microsoft Lync, but everything else works well.

Fantastic headset - minus one star for the lack of custom driver otherwise I'm in love
I have gone through many, many call headsets and this is the absolute nicest sounding USB headset I have ever owned. The call quality is stellar on both ends and the controls work great. I'm also own an ever expanding collection of high end cans for music listening and this is every bit on par as a high fidelity set in it's own right. Every bit of the quality you'd expect from Sennheiser who I've always been a fanboy of.Other reviews have said the boom mike is not bendable, and that's not entirely true I was able to add some more bend to it by giving it a couple of quick and hard torques with my hands. I don't think the set is designed for this so careful you don't break it. I have a mechanics touch and little fear so I went for it.Two things I added to make life better (which I add to every call headset) is a velcro cord wrap for easy cable management and storage, and a foam diffuser on the mic. The set seems to do well with plosives on it's own but I have a bulk pack so they get put on everything. Helps if I'm not attentive to mic placement and start breathing heavy too.My only concern long term with this headset is durability, I'm really hard on my stuff and this is constructed more like something dainty secretary in a pristine clean office would use and carefully place in the storage bag at the end of the day. Not something to rip off your head and toss into a drawer full of junk and then drop a ream of paper on top of. Not really bagging on the product for being cheaply made, that is clearly not the case. Just doesn't appear that one of the design goals or intended uses was rough and tumble play. So I baby the hell out of these as best I possibly can. Which for a guy like me is a lot of effort. My only real complaint is that for the price, Sennheiser should offer custom drivers with advanced audio controls. This uses the default usbadio driver, which is great for the fact that it is truly plug and play and should universally work on any system. However there is no reason that Sennie cannot offer a custom driver if the user wants to go through the trouble of downloading and installing it for additional features. Any decent usb dac manufacturer is going to offer this and at this price point and from a company with the capabilities and resources that Sennie has, pretty disappointing omission. usbadio2.sys will not drive this at all so don't waste your time trying. The enhanced audio control features for default usb audio that recently came down from Microsoft with the Windows 10 creators update help... a little.

Great headset for Work from Home
I bought these primarily for business use and so far they look, feel and sound great!. These are primarily meant for audio conference and not for music.Pros.a. Quality - The build quality is great. It does not feel like it is a cheap plastic headset. Everything speaks of good quality.b. Clarity - It does not offer active noise cancellation. It does block external sounds to a certain extent but offers clear sound. I was able to record my voice and play it back with the fan running in background and the playback was great. It is not great for Music. This is a little disappointing as I do use them for both. The music sounds little tinny. There is no richness in the sound. Again based on the primary purpose for these headphones I am choosing overlook this flaw.c. Comfort - These are thee most comfortable headphones I have ever used. With all day usage I do not experience any pain or discomfort!. This in my opinion is a huge +Overall I would highly recommend these headphones. They are great and are wired, so you will never run out of charge with all day use.

I am somewhat disappointed in this products considering its cost
I am somewhat disappointed in this products considering its cost. The mouthpiece works reasonably well and is superior to the microphone on my computer especially in a loud room. The volume is disappointingly low and I am disappointed in the sound quality considering its price. I am aware that one does not provide these as musical headphones but for the money I was expecting to be able to listen to some pleasant music between needing to use them for voice. It's okay but not worth the hundred and $150 in my opinion. One last point of disappointment is one of the ear pads keep on falling off the headphone and needs to be carefully put on.
