This is a really beautiful knife and it functions great. It's sharp and I haven't had any issues with it. Overall, a great kitchen tool to have. It would also make a nice gift since the magnetic box is quite nice.

The weight is perfectly balanced between the handle and the blade. Beautiful eching on the blade. Super sharp. Slices through the softest tomato without effort and paper thin. I will be buying the other knifes in this series.

This santoku knife is the most easy to hold due to the ergonomic handle which makes the maneuverability of this ultra sharp and beautiful knife a pleasure. I would definitely buy this again in a different size or as a set because I know I’ll own this for life.
