Been using for a few weeks so I can't give it five stars yet, but so far so good! I'm big into using internal and external things to help skin clarity and hair growth. This helps my hair look shinier and feel stronger. As far as my skin it helps keep it clear more consistantly. :)

Easy to swallow

I have inherited paper for fingernails. I have, also, inherited the finest, thinnest hair imaginable. Legacy from my moms side of the family. This biotin stuff must be what has been missing in my genes for generations! Wow! I mean, my fingernails are nice now. I don't have the peeling skin around them nor are they paper thin any more. They have substance. Nice firm nails. I started to grow them out but have been used to short nails for so many decades that I cut them, however, they are still very nice. I love them! My hair is coming in thicker and my scalp does not show through as much as all the rest of the years that I have lived on earth. LOL!!! I take two of these pills a day--and it took 2 months for my hair and nails to be noticeably different. But it is lovely now!
