In 2016 I had a breast augmentation. Bought post-op bras, they were "ok" but not great. A friend had the procedure done and I gave her my post-op bras. Fast forward to 2022 and I have an implant rupture so I had to go through the procedure again. I bought this bra before my friend showed up with not only my old post-op bras but the ones she had purchased as well. The difference is wild. I have 9 different bras to rotate through and this is my favorite. The straps are wide enough for support but not uncomfortable. The way they adjust prevents the straps from slipping. The zipper tucks so it doesn't come in contact with sensitive areas and is easy to put on by myself. The compression in this bra is excellent and there are strategically placed support panels to offer pressure support exactly where it's needed most. It's not so tight to be constrictive, but holds everything where it needs to be. The lower band is soft, wide, sturdy and low enough that it doesn't creep up and dig into your incisions. (My biggest gripe about many post-op bras) Most of all, it's not uncomfortable. I actually feel better when I wear it. The first week after surgery I noticed I had much less swelling on the days/nights I wore this bra over the others.For sizing reference, I ordered a Med. I'm 5' tall, 105 lbs and had 400cc implants. (Same as what was removed) I should still be a 32/34 C/D cup once the swelling and settling subsides. I have the shoulder straps on the smallest setting. I probably could have went with a small, but the Med offers excellent compression support without making me feel smashed.

Ladies, this product is such great quality for a post surgical sports bra, I’d recommend to anybody who is looking for a nice compression bra. It’s is very soft fabric, it is stretchy, it feels really light and mega silky on the skin. I hardly felt like I was wearing a bra, it felt like nothing. This post surgical sports bra has different design than most common post surgical garments in the market today. It’s made with a zipper instead of 3 row hooks which at first I didn’t like cause I couldn’t find the hole for the hook but after a couple of attempts of trying on I can now put on easily. Although the first couple of times is a bit tricky zipping up have to use some force to zip the twins inplace and finding the one hook for the clasp, all in all putting this sports bar on is easy and let me tell you sooooo comfortable. This bra provides excellent coverage and comfort, and again the material is very soft all around including the adjustable straps. The straps seem a bit large for my shoulders and don’t hide as well but it didn’t bother me as much because the price point was incredible and the value and comfort this bra brings to my life is wonderful! As far as the posture support goes, for me, I feel the cross cross back design can offer a little more support, it provides a mild tug support to help with posture correction. all in all I would highly recommend this product to anyone young, old, post surgical, or looking for a comfy all day wear sports bra without hassle or that awful tight chest feeling, the price is also very affordable and one you cannot beat! Every girl should have this bra on their wares. I love this sports bra! Thank you for amazing product!

Update: literally had this bra for 6 days and the zipper already came undone. I’m so sad and upset because I really thought I found a great product. If you need a post op bra, spend the extra money. It will last longer.I just had a breast reduction and wanted a second surgery bra since the hospital only gave me one. The size does run small so I would suggest to size up (that’s what happened to me.) Now about the bra...wow!! This is exactly what I was looking for. It’s comfortable and provides stretch/support where it’s needed.The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because I ordered the beige in the same size and when compared to the black on the size was off. It’s like the beige was a large but the put an xlarge tag on it. Very disappointing. If you find one with the right size then keep it you will love it because I do.

Although it is comfortable to wear, it’s pretty bulky. The zipper sticks out & does not lay flat.

I need this bra for post surgery mastectomy. It is just as flat as can be. I was hoping it would have a little bit of padding or a place where a small pad could be inserted. I will send it back

This product is very supportive as I am 3 days PO. The compression and material feel good. Great material.

I purchased 4 of these bras in a size medium for after my surgery. 2 fit perfect 2 fit ok. The quality is also inconsistent. 1 zipper broke after 3 wears and one biege chaffed my skin. AllSizes had plenty of room so they didn’t break bc to tight. My two remaining are perfect and black is softer than biege.

I read most of the reviews of this item for post-breast augmentation use, but purchased for a different reason.I knew I would not be able to utilize a back-strapped bra or be able to physically pull a strap up and over my right arm and shoulder after a bicep reattachment and shoulder repair. This bra fit all my needs for support, comfort and kept me from going around for four weeks post-op sans bra.It’s not something I would consider for daily use, but for the first 4 weeks post-op until I was cleared to remove my arm from the sling more often for physical therapy and personal hygiene, it was a lifesaver.I highly recommend it if you are facing a similar procedure and are larger breasted or just more conservative with being covered up.

El tamaño de la prenda es diferente a las medidas que anuncian para escogerla. Tuve que devolverlo y pedir otro. El elástico en la parte inferior es muy grueso y queda sobre la zona que está en recuperación. Cuesta trabajo cerrarlo. El segundo tampoco me ayudó
