The media could not be loaded.  Love this so much. My tip: if you don’t fill it enough, it will work but the motor will be loud. FILL IT all the way and the motor is silent.

I love that you actually hear the water over top of the pump. It sounds very nice and the little LED lights were a bonus.

Pump didn't draw water up when I plugged it in. Waited a good while before taking it apart to realize the hose was not attached to the pump. I attached the hose and put it back together and it's working now. It's made of cheap plastic. At least the rocks were real. Also a switch would be nice rather than having to plug/unplug***6 1/2 week update. LED lights stopped working:)Would not recommend

Arrived in perfect condition. Beautiful, easy to maintain, nice size for patio.

This is a pretty product, but way too loud for my office as a therapist. The sound is quiet sometimes but unpredictable. Also when it is quiet the water makes virtually no noise which I dislike. I love the sound of trickling water. This fountain overall is not worth it

Super easy to assemble and get running. Very securely packaged. Delivered earlier than expected.I’m not sure if it’s something I did or they did, but the water flow sounds better to me than in other fountains. Maybe it’s to do with the way the bamboo is layered? I liked the idea of battery operated fountains, but I was recommended this instead so I thought I’d listen to the rep and give it a go. So far so good! Would make a great gift to someone who appreciates water ASMR and needs a little desk top stress reliever.

This product works as advertised. It is a little quieter than I'd like tho.
