Flavor was no good, the pill form of Thai vitamin was much better. Currently out of stock so thought I’d give this a try. Don’t do it!

Taste is surprisingly good for vitamins. The packets make it easy to take on the go and still get all my vitamins in one.

What I read on the package is a very well balanced group of vitamins in the B family.Also the rest of the vitamins in it are at levels which appear to be beneficial rather than simply 'overstuffed'.However, this is not my favorite flavor, it isn't horrible by any stretch of the imagination, but it isn't one I would seek out.The addition of the various fruits and veggies is a bonus, even if they aren't in amounts considered anything close to a maximum dose level, especially the Matcha Tea.The packaging in 'sticks' versus a bottle is going to be super handy when on the road. I am hoping though that a different flavor might be considered.There is no price listed for this yet, but if it's at or under $20 for the 30 serving box, I'm in.I hope some of this was helpful.UPDATE: So far, so good. After trying this again I found no problems with it upsetting the stomach or any other side effects, so far. The flavor is not as bad when extra water is added to it.

This men's multivitamin + superfood powder mix is surprisingly good tasting for a dietary supplement. It look really good as a supplement: a nice blend of multivitamin, multi-mineral and plant-based superfoods. This comes in 30 individual packet sticks. Directions are to mix one stick a day with 8 oz. of water, juice, milk or smoothie.I took my first stick in water just to see how it looks like and tastes like. The powder itself is grayish green in color. I mixed it in a cup of cold water. It took some vigorous stirring before it began to dissolve. There was some settlement of tiny powder in the water, especially along the water line and in the bottom. Though it didn't give me a gritty texture when I drank it. The taste is slightly artificial but pretty pleasant overall. It is sweetened with stevia. Pretty easy to drink down.This is a pretty good multivitamin and superfood supplement in a powder mix form. Pleasant and easy to drink. However, it is pretty pricey. At $1.50 per stick, it is hard to afford it on a daily basis. I would likely go back to my multivitamin pills after finishing these sticks, not because they are not good but because they are expensive. If you dislike taking pills, this is a good option to consider.

I feel like the point of vitamins mix is to make you drink something because it tastes good and has all the good things you want from it but sadly this doesn’t really make you want to drink it.Taste:- this tastes more like green juice grass powder and doesn’t taste like the mango flavor it advertises- not delicious nor tasty in my opinionConvenience:Very convenient because it comes in powders packages. Unfortunately this doesn’t mix so easily so be sure to use a mixer or extra stirring power.Contents:Lots of vitamins and healthy ingredients including vitamins B complexes.Bottom line: semi extensive healthy product that does not taste very good.

I drink various health supplements from time to time since I'm relatively active (I jog, lift, hike, etc.). I've had different vitamin and superfood supplements before. This one by Swisse Green is pretty good. It mixes well with around 10 ounces of water. I stir it up, wait, stir, and then put an ice cube in it. It tastes a little like mango along with a little grassy superfood flavor. The texture is fine - it's maybe a tiny bit gritty but not too bad. This does help my energy level, so that's good. I don't take it before bed for that reason! The only negative is...hard to say here...but it changes the color of one's tinkle. Not sure what to say about that!
