I purchased two of these food / allergy diaries after realising how useful it was so I could give one to my daughter.We both have dietary issues and attempting to eliminate/ isolate problematic foods is made much easier with this well detailed and thought out little book.Highly recommend.

Surprisingly good
I was surprised to see it so detailed because it was so cheap.Worth every penny. Just as described.UPDATE:Today I had time to write the date on each page and count them. Description says 50 pages but there are actually 49 pages, I count them 3 times to make sure.This diary is for only 49 days...so having this in mind i believe 5 pounds is too much for it that's the second reason of taking 1* off my review.Is too little, you cannot even have 2 months full of every day diary. You'll need to buy 2 or 3 of this to be enough....too expensive for ehat it is!

Great food diary
Great diary, the sections it’s broken down into are really useful for tracking different dietary issues. I have to track for my 2yo son for a dietician appointment and didn’t have a clue where to start and this is very easy to fill out!

Great little diary for anyone who needs to keep track of food/Bowel movements/pain. Certainly helped me identify some areas I need help on which meant I could give my consultant a better idea what’s happening
