Douglas Toys Butterfly Wings w/Glitter Eyes, Purple

These butterfly wings are very nice. Our 3 year-old daughter has had them for a couple months now, and they have held up well. The loose fabric is nice as the wings don't stick out beyond her arms, allowing her to comfortably wear the wings all day if she desires.The fabric did smell of chemicals when it first arrived, so we had to air it out for a while before use.

Bought these for my son's "Purple Butterfly" costume in September. They've been dragged through the mud, yanked on, peed on, crumpled up, thrown up on by the cat, and worn just about every single day since they've arrived. I've put them through the wash probably 5 times now, and they come out looking new every time. I wasn't sure about the investment (these aren't the cheapest!), but I'm so glad I went with them. Also love that they don't have a wire frame in them, so they can be worn everywhere (in the car, etc.) and flutter and flap happily as my son runs towards whatever mayhem he's preparing to cause next. Totally awesome product.

my daughters love it! really good price too. When we went to the children museum (they sell the wings there) my daughters wanted them. I said lets wait and let me check first at amazon... Amazon had them and for almost half the price! so I was able to get two, one for each of my daughters... they are enjoying them.

I bought these for a school program for my 4yr old. I like the fabric effect instead of the wired wings. My daughter will have lots of fun fluttering these around the house. I would have given them 5 stars, but I was a little disappointed the color wasn't more vibrant on both sides of the wings and was disappointed in the "glitter" it is barley visible. Overall I would highly recommend these cute little wings..

The wings are pretty, but...upon receiving the item, I noticed it was ripped. I sent it back. Will not purchase those again.

My younger daughter received these as a birthday present and we ended up buying another pair for my older daughter because they fought over them! They both love wearing them and after months of daily use they are holding up, no tears anywhere and the straps are still in great shape. Would definitely buy again

Purchased these as a birthday present for a four year old, and they were a HUGE hit with the birthday girl and other party guests. The semi-transparent fabric was lightweight but feels very sturdy, and the glittery portions were NOT dropping glitter everywhere. These seem like they will hold up much better, store more easily, and be more versatile than the nylon-stretched-over-a-coat-hanger style of fairy/butterfly wings. I'll be buying many more to give as gifts!

My little nieces all received these butterfly wings for Christmas this year. They put them on and didn't take them off for days afterward! They absolutely loved them. The material is good quality and by having wings that "flutter" as you flap your arms makes them more realistic, not to mention so much better for running around the house than stiff wire wings that can knock stuff off tables. My nieces vary in age from 3 to 8 years, and they all loved the wings. Shoot, I'm 46 and I'd like to have a pair of my own!

Ich muss sagen für den Preis hätte ich mir mehr Qualität am Stoff gewünscht. Ganz dünn und Durchsichtig.überhaupt nicht leicht und geschmeidig. Halterungen sind mit einfachem schwarzen Gummiband angenäht. Meine Tochter hat sich Schmetterlingsflügel vom Christkind gewünscht und ich dachte diese sind super. Beim auspacken etwas enttäuscht. Benutzt haben wir sie noch nicht. Hätten mir aber für über 20 Euro bissl mehr Qualität am Stoff gewünschtBis jetzt drei Sterne weil es noch nicht getestet werden konnte
