Tried to contact the seller directly, but they didn't reply to the email.

The letter S was so small and the way it lays on your neck does not look right

This is a case of the age of the person it was for wasn’t a match. Thus we are returning it. Frankly, it has a lovely chain, but it’s size is a problem. It’s just too big for my pre-teen. It would be better for a mid-teen.

Chain is too thin. Worn once and chain broke in 2 places. This was a gift to my great niece and now I have to spend more money to get this fixed. NOT HAPPY

I thought the necklace would be a bit thicker
