The lamp works great, has several temperatures and brightness levels

Very nice design. Brightness could be a little bit brighter, but its not bad. Wish the controls were on the base of the lamp rather than the control on the wire.

Only relatively cheap but good for a small office desk or hobby area. Gives decent strong light covering roughly an A5 area (from 30cm above the desk) and less further out. A good investment for a small hobby area but you'll need to buy another one or a much larger lamp for bigger work areas. USB power means that tunning costs are nice and low and multiple brightness settings will help writers but for hobby purposes you'll only ever have it at max.

Purchased for my wife who enjoys painting. Her opinion is .... ‘it’s brilliant’....... a great range of brightness and type of light.

I've had this for 6 months. I only paid about £10 for it. The clamp is strong enough and does well, had to tighten it a couple of times (a month). The lamp is fine and the modes are fine too. The pin that goes in to the clamp and the metal work around it are pretty weak - mine has already started to fold in on itself as I move the lamp around if I need it or not - soldering, PC work, Airfix modelling etc. Let's not beat about the bush this is a cheap product and paying £10 for it I'll be content at getting a year out of it - but that isn't good for the planet.

Great to use at computer.

Good quality lamp, easy to set up & use, with choice of brightness, highly recommended.
