This item is beautiful, however, the clock portion (hands, markings and mechanicals) are cheap plastic. The copper is attached to cardboard. My packaging was damaged when it arrived at our local post office but the item managed to survive. I do belive the seller should be more diligent in shipping. If the face of this clock wasn't so perfect for my decor, I would have returned it.

It was a great experience to work with this vendor to get exactly the clock design that we wanted. He modified a clock that we had seen and sent us a picture of what it would look like. Also sent us a picture of the completed clock to get our approval before sending. Beautiful piece of artwork in this clock. InTheTime was very quick in their response to us while we were working out the details. Would definitely buy a clock from them again!
