Paula's Choice Calm Redness Relief Toner, 4 Ounce Bottle, for Normal to Dry Sensitive Skin

I’ve had a band of super sensitive, beet red skin on my neck for over 15 years, along with the dreaded red upper chest of peri-menopause. It usually comes and goes but over the past few years everything irritates it and it never goes away. After ONE application of this super awesome toner right before bed I woke up to about half of the redness gone. Over the past week it’s almost completely disappeared with no stinging or additional redness. I use a soft cotton round to apply it. If your redness is really bad, put some gentle azelaic lotion on your skin after you use this toner (get a lotion without irritants like vitamin c or any acids…. The Ordinary makes a good simple one), and that will help so much too. Protect it with plain petroleum jelly and you’ll see results. I do it a couple times a day now, and could do it more often, it’s that gentle. Be sure to start with this toner first though… for me it’s been key to first cleanse irritants off my skin. I suspect menopausal sweat with salt in it irritates our more fragile skin. Holy grail product!

As always......excellent Customer Service from Amazon! This is my first time ever dealing with Paula's Choice and I must say that the customer service for Paula's Choice has been wonderful. I have communicated via their Chat Sessions online and I would definitely give both my chat sessions a 5 out of 5. At one point the first Customer Service Agent I spoke to went so far as to looking up the ingredients in the current line of skin care products I was using and went into great detail about why they may not be the best for my skin. The two people I dealt with were patient, answered all my questions, and explained everything very well. I will definitely be recommending these products and Paula's Choice in general to anyone I know that may be in the market for a new and reputable line of skin care.The products I am using have made positive changes in my skin in just 1 month. I look forward to seeing what further use of these products has in store for me.

I was struggling with VERY dry, irritated, and red skin. I switched to this and the Paula's Choice Skin Recovery Cream Cleanser and within 5 washes- I have a whole new face. It is creamy and has a moisturizing feel to it- so if you don't want that, don't buy this. It adds a light level of moisture in addition to the hyaluronic acid (not Paula's Choice) I use after. I personally like that and need it. I've found the Skin Recovery line is more hydrating than the Calm line which is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5, so after this is used up I'll be buying that toner- but this one works well for me too and would purchase again if the Skin Recovery wasn't available.

I wanted to leave a review for this product because it deserves some recognition. This really soothed and hydrated my skin. I have tried so many products that claim to be for sensitive skin but only irritated it. It is a good quality naturally based product with herbal extracts and without harsh chemicals. It is viscous but penetrates my skin and I have come to prefer it to the more liquid toners. I use it as the first step in my K beauty regimen. In K beauty practice, a toner is used as the first layer to hydrate skin, like a wetting a dry sponge. I will continue to purchase this.

Purchased this product and I have never tried Paula's product line! I am so thankful that the label is true to its quality. I have sensitive acne prone skin and this toner works great for my skin! I use it daily and I immediately see a difference as far as pore minimizing, more even skin tone and less hyperpigmentation, soothes redness splotches. Highly recommend! Products of course work best in combination with appropriate diet, exercise, and self care!

The toner feels very relaxing and calming, but I haven’t noticed a huge difference in my skin, however, I am been inconsistent with the application.

This product has completely changed my skin. I have redness and rosacea flares that have not responded to many products including very expensive ones. Paulas Choice will be my choice from now on!
