It took Amazon a few days to send an email (dated Oct 7) notifying that the hitch had shipped. It arrived hours later. Shipping was so fast that Amazon thinks it won't arrive for 5-10 more days (Oct 12-17). I got drunk to celebrate this shipping miracle, so the review is going in on Oct 8 -- still a minimum of 4 days til the item is supposed to arrive. (your shipping may be less of a miracle)It is a very sturdy hitch. Remove the single pin that locks the tri-ball thing in place and it easily rotates to 1 7/8", 2", 2 5/16", or to a shin getter that is pretty much useless for towing. The tri ball is held in by a clip so it cannot be easily removed from the hitch. Remove the two positioning pins to adjust the ball position up and down, or flip it past the maximum drop/lift for storage. It is possible to remove the adjustable ball setup from the hitch, but not while your trailer is attached so thieves would have to break a hitch or pintle lock to steal an attached trailer.

All I can say is wow! This thing is like a piece of art. First thing my wife says after seeing it was, “ they’re going to steal or at least try because it is very shiny”. Fit was perfect for my 2018 F-150 diesel 4x4. Purchase two b&w rubber dampeners and had to push the entire hitch in with strength in order to get the hitch pin into the second hole. Also purchased the $100 Amplock pin lock for added security and man that thing is great. I couldn’t find a better hitch pin lock than this one.The chrome is very bling and will get more attention than the black version but either way I think it was with the extra $30. Did my research and B&W hitches are one of if not the best brands you can find for hitches. It even came in very nice packaging, shows the company puts effort into their product. Just hope it last long term.

The media could not be loaded.  I’m extremely happy with my purchase, this hitch exceeded my expectations. Great quality, well built, and easy to use for adjusting its high. After using multiple times, the chrome is, specially on the ball , not showing any scratches or deterioration.

Most convenient hitch, don’t have to worry about swapping hitches and balls out for my different trailers, just pull the pin and twist. Plus the height adjustment so you don’t have to have different drops or risers. Definitely keep the pins lubed, they can get tough to pull out and push in. I have found if you just grab the balls and shake the pins come in and out easier.

Wish I bought it sooner. Makes the truck stand out. Keeps other vehicles away from my truck. The price and material is worth to buy.

This product is awesome - highly recommend. Watch your fingers when pulling the pin to convert.

B&W has nice hitch setups and this one in chrome is really nice.
