I've only had this leash for a couple days, but right out of the box, I could tell this was a quality product. Yay!The material is strong and the handle has a soft inside mesh that is comfortable on your hand. The leash is in 3 segments, with the LED lighted segment in the middle. This is important, as the the dog is not tugging on the wires of a lighted leash, which means it should last a long time. The LED lights are in 3 modes: solid, slow flashing and quick flashing and are very bright. On solid mode, I think it's bright enough in helping you to see. My dog especially likes the brightness because being blind in one eye, it helps her to see better at night and she's more confident. Another great feature- a replaceable battery and a 1-yr warranty!I walk my dog daily and in the winter it is impossible to avoid not walking in the dark. Because I live on a somewhat busy 2-lane road without sidewalks, I feel much safer that my neighbors can see those flashing LED lights in plenty of time.

So far, so good! We love the safety this product provides when walking our dog at night. I had to return two leashes made by another company as they fell apart within a month of receiving. This leash seems to be made with quality in mind and is of solid construction. Our dog is larger and pulls a lot while walking. The swivels alleviate pull on the string of lights and is a smart addition to the leash.

The Switch Broke in Less Than 1 MonthThis is really a nice looking and feeling product. It would be even better if the lights were on both sides of the leash. Unfortunately the switch broke after very little use. I had to return it. Sad!

I have had this leash for 2 days and wish I had it 10 yrs ago! Very well made, durable and no more twisted leash with the added hardware to prevent twists. The light up feature is reliable and has 2 options of flashing or steady light keeping my dog and me safe! I'm buying another one for a gift. Great find!

Now that the winter season is in full swing, I'm left to walk my dog mostly in the dark. This LED glowing leash is absolutely amazing! There are so many times where cars in my area drive have almost hit us due to the lack of visibility. Carrying a safety flashlight is a real hassle and keeps my hand from being free, so the glow from this leash is also perfect for seeing if there could be something I might not want to step on.I highly recommend anyone who needs to walk a dog in the dark to get one of these leashes. It's very well made and even the handle has extra padding on it, NICE touch! The lights on the leash can be set to flashing or be a steady. This is so much better than a reflective leash because people will see it even when you are not in their headlights line of site.Even though they claim it has a 100 yard visibility range, I think it could be much much further. The LEDs are super bight and since it's a waterproof leash, I don't have to worry about it going out from a little water.By the way, my dog is a medium sized 20lb mix. This leash is definitely made to handle BIG dogs.

My pup Mochi feels like a reindeer when walking down the street. He prances across the street, glowing with LED's on his leash, as if he were pulling Santa Clause himself! :) My wife and I always get stopped by our neighbors asking about the flashy leash. The lead itself is very sturdy and does not get twisted up (the swivels take care of that!) There is also a mesh in the loop of the leash that makes it very comfortable to hold onto. I like the fact that it is waterproof. After all, El Nino is coming! You never know when a brief window of sunshine will turn into a downpour. So far the leash has been wonderful and so has the customer support for that matter! Mochi says that he recommends it and gives it two paws up!

Very happy with this leash. We have a black lab who loves to pull and tug on the leash, like he's in a big hurry to go and explore everything in sight when we go walking, and that becomes very strenuous but because this leash is so sturdy and "tough", it isn't a problem anymore. The LED light feature is great too. Our neighborhood doesn't have adequate street lighting at night, nor are there many paved sidewalks, so we would always carry a flashlight with us on our "walkies" but with this leash, we can leave the light at home! It's very bright, so we can be seen from quite a distance away and we've had many compliments on it as well.
