Saxenda user here. My hand tends to shake and the shaking is exacerbated by the grip needed to push the button to administer the dose. Before discovering this device, I was using the forefinger of my opposite hand to steady the pen while also pinching the skin at the target area. Between worrying about poking my finger or double poking the target area, there was a lot of hesitancy involved which made the experience last longer than it needed to be. Now I can rest the pen on my skin and release some of that tension in my arm that was causing the shakes. Injections are much quicker now as I feel more in control. The device fits over my NovoFine 6mm needles like a glove. Please note that this will not fit the "NovoFine Plus", which is a 4mm needle and has a completely different shaped base.

Seems to be quality product helps for stabilization of shot area

I’m very happy with mine! It does an amazing job on my arms, the two spots I couldn’t do on my own before. I haven’t tried on my back yet, but don’t see why it wouldn’t. You do need to put a fair amount of pressure on it, as it mimics the pinching action, and which makes it possible to get the needle in your flesh. Anyway, it’s completely worth the expense.
