The San Francisco Music Box Company 120 MM Flying Santa Snow Globe

This snow globe is a beautiful addition to my holiday decorations. It is very well made. When you wind it up, Santa flies around, the train moves around the mountain, and it plays Up On the House Top.

This is a terrible product. I purchased this for my daughter & grandson. I’ve purchased other San Francisco Music Box Co. items in the past. It was played maybe twice, put away back in its original packaging and in a Christmas decor box for this year. Took it out to play and it played briefly before the Santa became stuck.Contacted the company and I was informed they only stand by their products for 30 days. That’s it. 30 days. Not only that but the person who responded via customer service email told me they are the ONLY employee who handles ALL customer services. One person….I didn’t ask for money back. I just asked how they could help fix it. And the answer is they don’t stand by their products at all. What a waste of money and energy. Avoid at all costs. No wonder this company has been bought and sold so many times.
