I recently purchased the My First Mythology Tale (Illustrated) - Set of 5 Books, which includes stories about Mahabharata, Krishna, Hanuman, Ganesha, and more. As a parent, I’m thrilled with the content; the stories are captivating, and the illustrations are vibrant and engaging for young readers. The themes are beautifully simplified, making these timeless tales accessible to children, which is a huge plus.However, the only downside is the quality of the material used. The paper feels a bit thin, and I worry it might not stand up to the wear and tear from frequent handling. The covers, though colorful, are not as sturdy as I had hoped. If the publishers could improve the material quality, this set would easily earn a perfect rating.Overall, the books are an excellent choice for introducing children to mythology, but a little improvement in the physical quality would make it even better.

The media could not be loaded. I like these books because it explains everything properly and in short. The pictorial presentation in these books is great for my toddler. He likes it so much and learns as well.

Kid friendly

I got a set of these for my young one just to find that its filled with stories of violence. I would return them but my young one has already tore a page or two of two of the books, will be stashing them..

The media could not be loaded. Perfect for kindergarten to 2nd grade kids. Small stories with bug pictures and big font letters. No board books . My kids love reading every night . I am going to order more books. So hard to find such books in US .

I wanted to share these stories with my 5 year old son. I found myself elaborating to provide important background information I think should have been included. Of course he probably wouldn't notice except that the stories are so short.I wish the Appu series on religions were in book form too. He loves Appu - The Yogic Elephant
