I waited till I'd been on my job a few months to buy myself a special, awesome work-bag. When I first pulled the bag out of its package, I was sure it was too small. I need it to carry a binder and a Macbook Pro laptop, among other things (I am an RN in a hospital; I don't need it for nursing tools in particular, but for what I personally need during a 12 hour shift). I could not imagine it would hold these things, looking so small. THEY FIT PERFECTLY! The great thing about this bag is the small profile along with efficient functionality. The bag stands up on its own, does not fall into itself, so you can find everything you need in the different sections; they aren't all jumbled. The strap is adjustable and it works as a cross-body, hands-free bag. Please be aware, as other commenters have mentioned, it does not look exactly like this picture. I was aware of this when I bought it so it was not a real issue for me. It is lighter in color and more stiff. I believe the stiffness will ease up with time and I am very happy with the purchase, either way. I highly recommend this as a great work bag for almost any profession.UPDATE on 3/15/17: It has been several months and this bag finally looks like the picture. I get so many compliments on it and I LOVE it!! It softened up and darkened up. I absolutely love the bag.

This bag works out perfectly for my Spencer Reid cosplay, as I just needed a simple messenger bag for the look. It's pretty decently sized and looks great! My only warning is that it has a VERY strong smell when you first take it out; almost plastic-y for me? It gave me a headache, I had aired outside my apartment in my stairwell and it definitely helps. Be prepared to let it air out and work on the smell before using it is my only advice!

I think this is one of the best bags I've ever had. I love it. I got conditioner for it and it feels softer than a baby's bottom. Totally amazing deal for the price. Would buy again. The front pocket is pretty much is design only and is awkward. The straps are annoying I always want to fasten them, but what's the point when I'll have to get something out again in two minutes. I've gotten lots of compliments. And it looks amazing.

So organized. My bank/credit union/Smart pay card are in one pocket with my passbooks. My cell phone and little address book are in their own separate pocket. Spare keys to my home and car in another and three separate storage areas in the main part of the bag. With straps that buckle, instead of snap, everything stays where it's supposed to.

It's a really nice bag but the strap ripped in less than 3 months. I could get it repaired but decided it got some mileage. Nice sturdy leather but not the best quality of craftsmanship.

Super cute. Everyone complained about the smell, it was not that strong. It is well made. It is on the small side. I can get my laptop in it, barely. I have a small laptop, so anyone with a normal size won't be able to. I got it for school and I can get what I need in it. If you are needing something that holds a lot of stuff, go bigger.

The leather in the picture is different than the actual bag. Lighter color, Lower quality. That said it's not a bad bag. Everything else is true of the pictures provided. I fit My iPad Pro in comfortably. Slight oil smell. No other issues so far. I'm only giving three stars not because of quality but because I think first and foremost things should look the way they are advertised and this does not.

As one of the previous reviewers stated, it is a light tan color not this rich blown. Needless to say that it is a very well made a beautiful bag. The leather smell is fairly strong in the beginning, I personally like that but others may not. My bag came with no magnetic peices to clip, instead it was all sealed by physical (strong) buckles. (This is different than one of the answers above so I do not know) Overall, really nice looking and reliable bag.
