Q: Which hose comes with this shower head. Is it the non-kink one? is it the rotaflex?

Q: Is this a complete kit including wall reunion holder and hose ?

It’s for use as shower head with hose and joiner to shower arm is included. Not for wall without wall sconce. I used it on wall but had to buy sconce.

Q: the square shower head does not tilt while the diagram shows 30 degrees flexibility. Trying to determine if this is a defect or feature?

There is a defect with the holder/bracket which should swivel with 30-degre angle. I had to call Grohe customer service to get a replacement part

It’s versatile

I like that you can change the water spray function on the hand shower easily. I don’t like that I cannot make it fit in the wall holder I bought to mount on the wall so we leave it hanging because it’s too high to easily reach.

Grohe could do better

I bought this product based on Grohe’s reputation of selling quality products. This one disappointed me.When I received the product after reviewing the manual, the 30 degree tilt that is needed was not working. The handheld shower head was shooting water at 90 degrees.I ordered a replacement thinking that the product was defective.If you need the tilt of 30 degrees, you have to apply Plumber’s Grease otherwise you will break if you apply force.Grohe should provide plumber’s grease or apply plumber’s grease before shipping. Otherwise they will incur an additional cost to Amazon as well as Grohe which will not be able to sell used shower-heads.

this was the only Grohe model I could find where the head could be angled, which it can, wish it had a little more range, but better than nothing. Like that holder is metal. replacing a plastic one that broke

..KEEP ON MIND THAT IT'S A 1.7 GPM HANDHELD SHOWER, BUT IF YOU NEED A 2.5 GPM SHOWER, THEN GET AN ALL METAL HAMMERHEAD.
