I'm a very picky person and these sleeves are nearly perfect if you are using them to block UV rays and give you a slight cooling effect. I measured my guns and they are thirteen inches at the bicep. The XX large are still a little snug but I figure they will stretch out over time. If you are using them for compression the top near your bicep is much smaller than normal. If you have arms like Popeye they would fit pretty well.Hey, don't be like me and have to almost freeze to death on a mountain for God to get my attention and stop living for myself. These sleeves have the grip at the top so they never fall down. I use them for protection for friction and they worked great. I also ordered them in XL. I'm of medium to high muscle build and they fit perfect.

I went based on the sizes given but I have rather short arms (I’m a semi-muscled 5’1” female) and measured in the wrong location so the sleeve was a bit too tight at the top, it fit very well on the rest of my arm. Pay attention to the length in respect to your arm and you should be fine. They seem like good quality sleeves, and are a synthetic fabric. The rubber arm grip at the top is helpful as well. Overall I would buy these again but go based on a measurement closer to my shoulder (i.e. right up against my armpit) as opposed to around my bicep. The color (navy) is also really nice. They also have stood up to washing so far.

Good quality and stitching. Fabric feels great and the navy blue color looks really nice.

It was a little to tight and did not give me the relief i was looking for.

I purchased these for sun protection while biking. They fit as expected and have good elastic at the top to hold them up on the arm. Surprisingly they are cooler that I expected for an arm cover.

These are cheap and not worth the money. They are very tight, like a compression sleeve. The upper band is so tight it cuts into my bicep. Look elsewhere. Otherwise you'll be like me having to waste time and gas to return them.

Das Kompressionsdesign ist perfekt - es bietet eine angemessene Unterstützung für meine Armmuskulatur, ohne mich in meiner Bewegungsfreiheit einzuschränken.Während des Volleyballspiels haben die Ärmel wirklich einen Unterschied gemacht. Sie halten meine Muskeln warm und reduzieren das Risiko von Verletzungen, insbesondere während schneller Bewegungen und Sprünge. Außerdem unterstützen sie die Durchblutung, was zu einer verbesserten Muskelregeneration nach dem Spiel beiträgt.Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist die Vielseitigkeit der Ärmel. Ich trage sie nicht nur beim Volleyball, sondern auch bei anderen sportlichen Aktivitäten wie Bowling, Tischtennis und Fußball (nicht in der Sonne genutzt)Das einzige kleine Manko ist, dass ich den UV-Schutz nicht bewerten kann, da ich ihn hauptsächlich in der Halle trage. Dennoch beeinträchtigt dies nicht die Gesamtleistung der Ärmel.Insgesamt bin ich mit den "Compression Arm Sleeves" äußerst zufrieden. Sie bieten die perfekte Kombination aus Unterstützung und Komfort für aktive Arme und haben sich zu einem unverzichtbaren Teil meiner Volleyballausrüstung entwickelt.Positiv ist auch, das es überhaupt nicht rutscht, und das "Gummiteil" für das antirutschen sich nicht unangenehm anfühlt.
