Good, but it is just some cardboard. If you can, find one based on the current version of Google Cardboard.
I bought this for a school project, but it ended up being used for fun. Here are my thoughts:Pros:-Cheap.Cons:-Uncomfortable, but it is cardboard after all.-Strap wasn't worth installing. Just hold the device.-Sometimes the magnet switch didn't work.-Modeled after an older version of Google Cardboard (V1 I think).-Gets greasy after some use (again it's cardboard).Neutral:-Since it is based on an older version of Google Cardboard some apps didn't work right with it.Good for what it is, but maybe find one that is based on the latest version of Google Cardboard.

Great Intro to Virtual Reality
Lots of fun and a great introduction to the world of virtual reality at a cheap price. I downloaded a bunch of free apps to my cell phone and the kids and I have had fun with them, including: Star Wars, InMind VR, Sisters, VR Planet, and more. It's a really weird feeling to spin around and look at the virtual worlds in front of you, then take the cardboard off your head and realize your facing an entirely different direction from where you started. You can get disoriented if you're not careful, but you can also use it while sitting. Enjoy!

Minutes of fun
I wanted to try out some of the virtual world stuff, so I bought this as a cheap trial project. Very easy to put together, but not very comfortable to wear. As explained in the description, it really doesn't work well with iPhones, so I couldn't really play any games. It was fun for about 20 mins, then I deleted all the content from my iPhone and tossed these in the trash.

It's okay
I own a Nexus 6p - between this one and the standard Google Cardboard, I prefer the Google one. The build on this one isn't as nice as the current Google Cardboard. While the convenience of the head strap may seem important, I can't imagine anyone would want to wear it for long - I get dizzy using this VR for more than a couple minutes, and it's not a big deal to hold it with my hands.

Worth the money
Can't beat the price and it works well on a Samsung phone, less well on an iPhone. I thought my 8 year old grandson would really get into this, and he did find the roller coaster app to be fun, but got bored pretty quickly. It goes together fairly easily but you need so strips of tape to hold things in place. Not a problem. Best way (cheapest) to explore VR

Causes severe motion sickness, eye pain & headache!
Okay, so I tried my friends samsung VR goggles, the one that cost about 100.00 bucks. I loved it. I was able to use it for long periods of time with no problem. Since I was on a budget but really wanted a VR goggle of my very own I tried these cardboard ones. Figured I could get the same fun for way less. I knew it was not going to be the same quality, of course these are cardboard but I was okay with that. When I got it in the mail, I had my husband put it together, took him 15 minutes. I was so excited, BUT INSTANTLY , within using these for a few seconds I was SEVERELY nausea. It was so bad it lasted for a few hours. The next day I thought it was a fluke and so I tried using it again, same thing and this time it gave me eye pain and a HORRIBLE headache. if this was my first VR experience I would just have assumed VR is not for Me but because I have used a more advanced one without any incident I know im getting sick because these are just poor quality. For a good quality VR experience spending the extra cash is well worth it. I would pass on these and go for something better quality.

I would recommend this, but there is one issue
I was looking to try google cardboard and stumbled across this headset, so I decided to try it.The phone fit is great and after the forehead rest and nose pad are added it is very comfortable. However, I was not able to get the headband in a comfortable position so I decided to just hold it, which works fine.I did notice at times that the lens on the headset caused text to be blurry.Overall, I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to try out basic VR

Worth Getting
Worth getting, but at first I thought it wasn't working with my Note 5. When I would put the phone in the viewer, the phone would switch away fro the 3D program. I eventually figured out that if i turned of NFC on the phone (reqired with Android Pay) it works pretty well.

Velcro on front cover is good Cons: It's just cardboard
Pros: NFC tag works and is programmable, lightweight, decent lenses, Velcro on front cover is goodCons: It's just cardboard, not very comfortable even with the included foam pads, phone is not held perfectly aligned (free to pivot at the middle a bit, causes blurry image if not perfect), front cover doesn't 'fit' quite right though it seems to support the phone OK (Nexus 4). The adhesive given to hold the whole thing together after assembly (to stop it from disassembling itself) is poor and doesn't make good contact. The headband is quite small, and the magnet switch keeps falling off (likely since the adhesive is allowing the side to come apart, moving the magnet).Overall, for the same price as all competitors (including plastic and other material goggles), this product wasn't very good. I have yet to try a molded plastic goggle, but I have tried the official Google Cardboard, and it's all-around better, for pretty much the same price.

Cheap, entry level VR
More or less what you'd expect from a clever chunk of cardboard. It's an impressive piece of hacked together tech that does give you a pretty neat introduction to VR, all things considered. There are two issues I have with it, which may not affect everyone:- The nose rest is not adjustable in any way (apart from, I suppose, cutting it) and on my head it does not rest comfortably in the right place. It tends to sit too high and require one or both hands constantly holding the headset down.- The head strap is not adjustable, and I guess I have a big head because the strap is constantly straining and falling off while in use. If you aren't holding the headset steady with your hands, this results in it flying off your face and falling to the ground- not something you want your phone to do!

Indie Game Developer Review
As an Indie Game Developer, Virtual Reality is extremely expensive for startups now days but with the cardboard it has become affordable. At first I was skeptical about it and though it would have bad quality but once we received it, we were amazed at how great the quality really is and the possibilities the cardboard holds for game developers like me. The only real cons I have experienced is that sometimes the view may be blurry depending on your viewing angle. Secondly, the magnetic button is becoming deprecated from the Google VR SDK therefore making it almost impossible to develop a game with the magnetic button involved as it will no longer be supported in the near future.

Meh, it's a $20 piece of cardboard
Broke within a week. Worked alright when it did. Don't recommend if you have glasses. Price I paid, you could get a better designed actual plastic one for $20 at a gas station.
