Badly packaged
The product itself is good, as I expected. However it was in a brown envelope so was very squashed when it arrived. The box it is in was flat and as it is a Christmas presents, disappointing. The product inside is not damaged but it doesn’t look new now.

I hope product is better than box condition
Product box looks like it was sat on by an elephant. Flat. Looks like product has been kept a long time, opened. Then taped back together. We hope product is not damaged. We are attrmpting to put together piece.
