The Unbranded Brand Men's UB122 Skinny Indigo Stretch Selvedge

A year ago I purchased the UB121s and wore them through the winter months, but when the weather got warmer, I had to hang them up because they were just too hot and did not stretch at all. This time, I Purchased the UB122s about two weeks ago, and have worn them every day all day, and so far, they are the most comfortable jeans I have ever owned. I Typically wore Levis 511s, and the UB122s are probably very similar in the fit, however the UB122s seem less low-rise than the Levis. I was extremely impressed with the wear patterns on my Ub121s and expect the UB122s to be similar. However I have read the wear patters may not be as defined as a heavier weight denim, and can already tell the UB122s are not forming as stark creasing, because they are more playable due to the spandex portion. All this to say, I would definitely recommend them.

These are great jeans, don’t let this review be seen as a grievance. For the price point I think they’re a good value.For those looking for a fit similar to Levi’s 511 this fit wouldn’t be what you’re looking for. If I had to make a comparison they would be more similar to Levi’s 513’s. These jeans are perfect if you’re looking to wear them with work boots or boots in general as they don’t taper in the calves as 511’s would.Going by the measurement guide on the Unbranded site it had me getting a size 32. I ended up going against the guide and got a 31 and they were still too large all around for my taste, including in the waist. Also note that it looks like they heard the complaints of the abnormally small pockets these jeans used to have as these pockets were normal size.Haven’t worn the pants more than a days worth so no information regarding the durability or amount of stretch.

Very nice pair of entry level raw denim. Front pockets could be a little deeper. Fit very similar to Levi’s 511. The 11 oz weight and added stretch makes these very comfortable.

I like the look of these jeans a lot. Visually they are exactly what I was hoping for. But I found the fit uncomfortable tight at first and then they loosened up after a few wears. I hear they break in after repeated wearing. If you're new to raw denim realize that these will bleed indigo on your shoes so best to wear dark shoes with them initially. My only real complaint is that the front pockets are too shallow. If you have a large phone it may not fully fit in them. Other than that, solid pair of jeans so far.
