2020 black

This is my second time ordering the 2" x 2" black baggies and we are experiencing the same issue. My fiancee has an arts and crafts business and we use these backs to package up small stuff like beads etc per usual, two baggies are attached to each other by their top opening flaps. You just pull them apart, no issue there but EVERY TIME one of the two baggies won't open up at the seal. You end up just ripping the plastic opening lips... it's just stuck closed unless you want to pry open the seal area with your nails and even then it's now ripped and once you close it back up (assuming you were able to get it open), reopening it is just as tedious. I thought it was just the first batch I ordered but now experiencing it twice in a row, I will not be ordering again.

The bags come stuck together at the top so you have to tear them apart yourself. I didn't mind but it is a little annoying having to do this last set for 100 baggies and risk ripping them with your nails. I love the product though!

Numerous bags have split on the seem causing us to lose product. The color is great and they would be perfect if they weren't splitting open.

These bags say 2.8mil and in fact they are very thin and break easily. Separating them isn't the problem, it's actually trying to open the bags themselves. Very disappointed especially since we tried them twice.

They rip down the seam when opening. I'll update if anything changes

The bags vary in opacity depending on the batch you get them from (from fairly light and transparent to fairly dark but still translucent). The first batch of these I got, I had about a %25 fail rate on the resealable zip line ripping while separating the bags. The newer batch I've recently gotten seems better, but I've yet to make it through the whole batch.
