Krusteaz Banana Quick Bread Mix 15 OZ (Pack of 2)

I will never make french toast with anything else!!! Instead of the water, use 2 ripe bananas. Really yummy!

This mix is great and tasty. It did not last long. I thought I could make it in my bread machine but ended up baking in the oven. It was easy and tasted great

I purchased this for a resident event and received so many compliments on my “home made banana bread” haha. Did not disappoint!

I have tried just about every banana bread mix. This is definitely my favorite. Like all Krusteaz products it's easy to use. It doesn't say I need to add bananas, but I like to add 2 overly ripe ones to the mix.

I’ve used Krusteaz pancake mix for years so the idea of a quick banana bread was appealing. The directions are easy to follow and the loaf baked perfectly. My issue came when I cut off my first piece and it had a strong chemicals taste. At first I thought it might go a at after the bread sat for a day but that was not the case. I’m terribly disappointed.I do have another box that I will cook and see what happens. I suspect it’s the artificial flavoring of the banana.

First, you can't compete with banana bread made with real bananas. BUT, I hated to wait for my bananas to ripen and only have a few days to bake them. With this mix you can bake whenever you're ready! The taste is just as good as actual bananas. The smooth consistency of the finished bread might bother banana bread elitest but a banana bread loyalist would enjoy this mix. The convenience certainly makes this product worth it!

Great boxed cake mix. Flavor, ease, what more could a busy cook want?
