Iron pan arrived and has worked out well.

Slowly converting kitchen to cast iron. Good for sandwiches and stove top meats. Good price.

Handles make it hard to store.
I don’t have a built-in griddle on my Wolf gas range, so I was looking for a griddle I could use on top of the burners. The griddle works fine, is excellent quality and I’m very happy with the function. Unfortunately, the handles are fairly large, which does make them easy to use, but when I need to put the griddle somewhere, the handles make it almost impossible to store. I think I’m gonna give it to Goodwill. Some one With more storage space than I have excellent griddle.

LOVE THIS PAN! Great for fish..shrimp..scallops! I even made chicken! I bought because my cousin who is a great cook has one and raves about it! Buy it!

Uneven cooking
We tried it more than once and just didn’t cook evenly. Unfortunately the return window has passed

Useful little pan, uneven heat
I have used this pan several times a week for almost a year. It’s pretty good, but one thing to be aware of is that unlike thicker cast iron, this thing does NOT heat evenly. The edges are way colder than the center and you will have to adjust for that by moving your food around while you cook. That issue leaves me unconvinced that this pan is worth it over a regular lodge cast iron pan.
