Excellent quality, only pan you need.
Love my lodge cast iron. Came pre-seasoned, but will need to be seasoned over time to achieve the high quality non-stick nature of an aged cast iron. Rounded edges make it better suited to certain dishes than classic edged design. Excellent quality, will buy from Lodge again (though I may never need to because they last forever)

This is a very good chef style skillet
I think this skillet is superior to Lodge’s Blacklock skillet. It’s not as light as the Blacklock but lighter than their regular skillets and the handle is superior to the Blacklock.

Great Little Skillet
We have several pieces of Lodge Cast Iron and love them all. However, we did NOT have a smaller skillet. This one is absolutely beautiful, well made (as Lodge always is), and so serviceable. It comes pre-seasoned and is ready to use. What's not to like about cast iron? It's simply works and this one is great!!

My new 10” chef pan
Just received this in the mail. Washed it, heated it up, dumped a chunk of Crisco I, and tossed a couple of eggs in to test the factory seasoning.Not bad.After fully heated up, the eggs stuck slightly, then released. I normally use Pam in my cast iron pans with good results. I’m thinking after some use and plenty more seasoning, this pan will be a winner.BY the way,the longer, curved handle is excellent.It’s a keeper.

It's a nice Lodge cast iron you know what you are getting. The seasoning is nice it's idot proof. Not too heavy either.

Love it for my skillet cookies !
Love it! So well made. And attractive too I make skillet cookies in it. Yum ! Make sure you follow the cleaning directions. ( I found some on YouTube) If you do this thing will Keep forever.

Great design for a cast iron skillet.
Always like using a cast iron pan for cooking and this pan is just the right size for smaller meals as opposed to my 12inch Lodge pan. Because of its construction and design, it handles well without a weighty feel.

Great cast iron skillet
I am a long time Lodge fan and love the Chef Collection. It has quickly become my go to for cooking over the regular 10" version. The angled sides and shallower depth provide greater ease of use for the foods I cook, and once fully seasoned over several uses, it is deliciously non stick. Great upgrade to my collection.
