This is a light-weight sunscreen + moisturizer that works well with my very dry and sensitive skin. This white sunscreen has a rich, creamy appearance and although it is not too heavy, it does take a little coaxing to get it to spread smoothly over my skin (which I imagine is simply because of excessive dryness as well as a tendency for my skin to become rough when it is dehydrated). Once I have it as applied as evenly as possible, it sinks into my skin pretty quickly. It doesn't leave an oily look or feel, but it does leave a slight sheen on my face that lasts for 20 or 30 minutes. There is also a very light white cast at first, but that disappears as the product becomes absorbed into my skin. Some sunscreens are too oily for my skin and lead to breakouts, and others are so heavy that they feel suffocating, but I don't even notice I have this one on. It does seem mildly hydrating and causes no irritation; it definitely offers good protection against the sun. I don't notice much of a scent. I am a blue-eyed blonde with fair skin and I burn very easily. I have quite a bit of skin damage from years of unprotected sun exposure, and I'm paying the price now, so I'm very careful to use sunscreen every day now. I apply this as the last step in my morning skin care routine (this usually does not include make-up) and if I am out working in the yard, I re-apply every couple of hours. I haven't had even a hint of a sunburn when using this. This sunscreen/moisturizer is rather pricey for a tube that only contains 1.7 ounces of sunscreen, so I only use it on my face and neck. I do like the way it feels on my skin and since it works so well with my problem skin I think it is worth the cost. It arrived nicely boxed and the tube had a metal seal under the cap for freshness, but no tamper-resistant packaging.

This sunscreen goes on smoothly, leaves no chalky residue, and provides awesome skin protection. There is no scent which brings me to the next part:The ingredients listed on the product page are different from the ingredients listed on the box. This is not necessarily a bad thing as titanium dioxide was added for sun protection and lavender oil was removed which could be irritating for people sensitive to scents. There is however, niacinamide, panthenol, and vitamin e, all very nice ingredients for soothing and protecting the skin barrier.Overall, this sunscreen feels nice, has no scent, and protects my skin from sun damage while offering some nice anti-aging properties but the product listing page needs to be updated as this is the first place people will look before buying.

I do like this spf, it’s a mineral one which makes it great for sensitive skin, it also has some tinting to it that helps to keep some which cast from forming. However it does still have a whitish tint. That doesn’t bother me on days when I’m working outside of my office. But those with a tan might want to consider another option.The vitamin E did leave an extra moisturizing feeling to my skin.This is not a favorite sunscreen of mine when it comes to reapplying, this would work well as a makeup type primer though.I think I will repurchase for under makeup for that reason but as the sunscreen I rely on for protection during the work week outside it’s a odd given how it didn’t reapply well.

That is why I wanted to try OVECTIN Skin Essentials Deep Moisture UV Protector.I was not impressed with the tube it came in. So many higher priced formulas for the skin are in much prettier packaging. However, they say that what is inside is what counts. And this is certainly the case.I noticed no scent to this cream. It is very creamy, and it takes just a small amount to cover your entire face. It is absorbed quickly, and it is successful at moisturizing my face. It did not cause any irritation to my sensitive skin. It must be the great ingredients! It contains Vitamin B5 to promote hydration and absorption into the skin. The blueweed seed oil in this cream nourishes the skin. This cream also contains Vitamin E to protect the skin.This is a non-chemical sunscreen. It is also hypoallergenic. It contains no paraben, artificial colors, artificial fragrance, or mineral oil. That is so important!This product is made in Korea.
