Awesome!
We bought this for our small business and love how well it has worked with our Clover system!! The only thing we would change would be for a way to drop our cord from the center rather than the side.We highly recommend this! It has made a huge difference for us!!

More professional
Works perfectly...can't believe Clover didn't come out with them to start with. So much more professional than sliding it over the counter...love it and customers do to.....

Very nice
I didn’t pay attention to the fact that it rotates 180 degrees clock wise or counter clock wise, which is a nice feature. Indeed this swivel stand protects the cable of my POS from being tangled. Highly recommended

Swivel Great. Cord management needs work.
We been using this swivel for a year now. The swivel mechanics work nicely. My biggest complaint is how it deals with the power cord that leads to the Clover itself. Before I bought it, I fully thought the cord would lead up through the center of the stand and that the swivel would have a stop one way or the other to prevent the cord from twisting into a coil. It doesn't. The cord has to come into the side of the Clover. Because of this routing, the cord gets twisted and bent over and over each time you swivel the Clover for a customer. Eventually the CAT wire inside breaks and it looses connection. I even gave the cord an extra protective sheath and plenty of slack for freedom of movement. In this year we are now on our 3rd power cord assembly. At $70 a piece for Clovers custom power cord, this stand is really getting expensive. This stand would be perfect if the power cord could enter through the bottom in the middle of the swivel mechanism while the stand could only swivel one way back and forth to prevent the cord from twisting.

1)I'd really like a way for the power cord to drop through ...
It works well, but there's a few changes I think it needs.1)I'd really like a way for the power cord to drop through the center (into a hole I can drill into my counter). Customers constantly yank on the power cord thinking there's a stylus at the end of it. Try as I might, I haven't yet found a good way to hide the cord while still leaving enough slack to rotate the terminal. Now that I think about it, even sending along a modified power cord that's designed to go down instead of at a right angle, and having a space to send it under the stand (between the stand and the counter) with instructions to leave enough so the unit can still rotate would work well, I think.2)It wobbles (where it swivels), seems like something that could be tightened up a bit.3)It 'clicks' into place at 0 and 180 degrees, which is nice (and it wobbles less at those spots), however, my terminal isn't able to be mounted in a place where it's directly between the cashier and customer. The best I could do was mount it so it either clicks into place for the cashier OR the customer. It would be nice if there were a few clicks as it rotated instead of just those two. Maybe every 30 or 45 degrees. But if you can imagine a cashier and customer standing opposite each other and this unit being about a foot off to the side, you can see why just 0 and 180 doesn't work very well.Overall I like it and I know Clover is a new company, so hopefully some of these things will be improved as this becomes more popular. No matter what, at least I don't have to worry about it falling.
