I've bought this mainly to use as meat/fish cooling rack, although it's totally adequate as baking tray as well.The rack is very sturdy, much better than other racks I have. It's easy to wash, it's right size for 2 steaks + tongs, just what I needed.As desribed, it's made from stainless steel (magnetic as it should be for 18/0), supposedly it will stain faster and is less durable than more expensive 18/10 - I'll update the review if this happens.

I love these things. I've been using the same two trays for over a decade and I'm glad I finally replaced them with these, they can do anything you want them too and with plenty of space to do it on too.I got the largest size and they fit my oven perfectly snugly, so now I'm able to fully utilize my oven space and spread whatever I need to cook evenly to prevent overcrowding.They are also slightly naturally non-stick, how long this lasts, only time will tell, but for now they're really easy to clean and don't require any scrubbing at all.Not got a bad word to say about these really. If you need new trays I can't recommend them enough.

These are my new favourite baking sheets. I have other stainless steel ones that don't brown food very quickly, but when I used these for the first time, I was super surprised because my roast potatoes were actually browned and crispy instead of being golden and soft like in my others.They do warp slightly at higher temperatures in the oven 200C+ , but they unwarp as they cool, so I don't mind.They're quite big, and only just fit in my oven, but that gives me plenty of place for my roasts so they can brown evenly.I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the racks too. Not only do they fit perfectly, but they're also excellent build quality, just like the sheets.Overall, I think this is a bargain for what you're getting. The best sheets I've used.

I got the smallest size 9"x7"x1" (pair). Perfect for reheating or cooking small portions, cooling brown bread loaf, resting cooked steak. No tinfoil needed for cooking those messy things, like grilled kippers or mackerel.These are rigid, well made and *solid* (~0.75mm sheet for tray, 1.5mm and 3mm Ø wire rack), I think I could probably stand on one and not do much damage. There's a small gap around the outer rolled lip of the tray, nothing major. Rack sits at about half depth of the tray. Good overall depth should mean no heat warping as with larger or shallow trays.Update after 10 months: all good, minor discolouration as expected with stainless steel. These can be cleaned, though no need yet (vitreous enamel dishes are better for heavy duty cooking in this respect).

They are sturdy, easy to clean (just pop it in the dishwasher), beautifully shiny, and an absolute joy. I'm going to get the bigger one too. The grills are just the right size.

These are so useful for so many uses. Even if you cook for a large family these are great for resting roasts on, baking small portions. The metal is great quality and I find them really easy to clean, be it in the sink or in the dish washer. I have 2 and will probably buy at least another 2.

Have previously purchased the larger and smaller baking trays and they have lasted a couple of years without deterioration. These mid size trays will provide additional flexibility. Great product and price.

I have been using these for a few months now and I am very pleased with them.The racks I got with mine are actually stainless steel and not chrome plated like most. They have smaller than usual holes which means that smaller food items don't fall through. Some similar products are not specific about the rack material and look like chrome plated steel.Some other reviews have complained about the trays warping in the oven; I have not experienced this.The only things I can criticise them for is that the stainless steel of the trays is not as hard as some stainless and it is easily scratched by green nylon scouring pads and they are not as long as trays of similar width.Some people may struggle to put the trays in the dishwasher because of the high rims, but the racks fit nicely.
