Nice supplement to support a nice goodnight sleep
After using the product for a week I noticed a better sleep cycle has been developed especially during these stressful time.Please take note this is not a sleeping pill or any allopathy driven medicine, it’s a supplement which helps induce a peaceful shut eye so you avoid late night routine of binging on screen time.

Opposite of sleep.
Unfortunately my sleep has disappeared Instead. Can’t even return as one has to furnish “proof”. Waste.P.S- your dosage says “one morning one night”- they are literally advising people to take 10mg of melatonin - in the morning. It’s a hormone in the brain, that induces sleep. I don’t know if it’s been researched enough also in the company.
