Wil not burn or etch.
Made PWM board to double check after installing. makes a blue light but wont burn even the thinest of paper. won't even ignite flash paper.very expensive laser pointer. not NOT FOR CUTTING

False advertising, doesn't work.
I was surprised to see a high power 405nm laser at this price, turns out it's too good to be true. Product does turn on, and produce blue light. However, I measured power with a power meter and the output is 1-2mW, nowhere near the advertised 500mW, and certainly useless for laser etching. Tried changing the power supply, even supplying a constant DC offset for the modulation input, no luck.
