Loved this puzzle! The picture was great quality and the matte finish made it easier to see in different lighting, plus the pieces felt sturdy and fit together easily and with a satisfying gentle click. Will be buying more!

Elena Essex jigsaws are always nice to do. Brilliant colours, well cut pieces. One piece was missing from this jigsaw but a replacement was sent when I got in touch with the company. Not cheap in comparison with others but nice as a treat.

There’s an old adage about the real sign of good customer service is what a company does when things go wrong, because it’s easy when things go well. When my girlfriend finished her puzzle there was one missing piece. But in the puzzle box there was a card saying get in touch if there is a missing or lost piece. Now, we have a cat and a dog, so there’s a good chance the dog sat on it, and it stuck to his butt or something and it’s now in the garden somewhere, but we I contacted the artist and they sent out a new piece no questions asked. I sent a picture so it was easy to see which piece was missing and it was sent out first class which was a nice touch. Basically, they had great service when something went wrong, and that’s exactly what you want. The puzzle is beautiful, and I’d say it wasn’t too difficult because of the design. Lovely

This is the second jigsaw we have from this range and we love them. Fun to do and the colours are really vibrant. Tempted to frame and hang them!

The image is beautiful, the packaging was excellent, the size and the cut of the pieces were perfect.But if you're a regular jigsaw puzzler, you will know what is of most interest is the solidness of the pieces and these jigsaws are superior top quality! And that seals the deal on the enjoyment and pleasure of working on this puzzle.I had this set-up at my workplace in the canteen, and it was really enjoyed by many as an alternative 5-minute time out quiet distraction from their desks and screens during the course of the day. With a recent wave of new staff, it also became a good ice-breaker!I would highly recommend Elena Essex Jigsaws and will certainly be purchasing more.I'm in Republic of Ireland and the product was shipped perfect.Thank you

After we published our original review (see below), we've been contacted by Elena, who offered us top notch customer support, and assured us, that this was an outlier. She's supplied us with a full refund as well as a replacement puzzle, which promptly arrived a few days later. Top notch customer support, and the replacement puzzle is back to the excelent quality that we know from past purchases from Elena!----------------Unfortunately, this puzzle is not up to the standard that we would like and expected after our last Elena Essex puzzle. A lot of the pieces arrived damaged, and many were stuck together in wrong matches that caused further damage when trying to separate them. Especially around the areas where lots of pieces with similar colors align, you're very likely to create seemingly correct combinations that then get stuck with each other once you try and separate them to create your mistakes.

Let me start by saying I love Elena's puzzle designs, we buy one every year and the quality is fantastic. Colours are beautiful and vivid, the art of the picture is always wonderful. Never had any pieces missing.I only removed two stars from Winter Spirit puzzle, because it was so much more difficult than the others from the series I've tried. There are many single colour pieces, which makes for a less satisfying session, if you're a casual puzzler.
