I used to drink the donut coffee,now I like my coffee a little stronger. Columbia is very good. (I add a little water to it.)

My coffee story:In the mid 80's, I did a deployment to the West Coast of South America on a U.S. Navy submarine. We took on supplies in Columbia, and it was the first time I ever saw vacuum-sealed bricks of (Columbian) coffee. It had the most amazing, rich flavor I'd tasted. I've looked for years to find a coffee so rich and flavorful.When my dad passed away, my stepmom gave me a Flavia machine. I ordered some of this coffee, and WOW! It brought back memories of this great coffee I've been looking for. I love it, and I am a customer for life!A note to those who think it is too strong; Use a large cup, and run it twice, using the same packet. It's perfect!

LOVE THIS COFFEE!!!!Is exactly the same quality as when it was MARS and it is the best coffee EVER. It tastes like the best coffee in Europe--can't recommend it highly enough. It is so much better than the average cup of joe--maybe some of the reviews here expect more watered down average American coffee. This stuff is superb.

I have had a Flavia for many years and have used it because of the quality and flavor of the coffee but I'm thinking of switching to a less expensive brewer. The quality of the coffee I have been receiving has been inconsistent -some so weak and tasteless and others good and they are all from the same rail. I feel that I'm just wasting money. There are times, when you brew a single cup, it barely colors the water. I have had to put it on Espresso strength brewing and go through several packets to get 1 normal cup of regular coffee.I wish I could give it "0" stars!
