The teddy came perfect, I don't see how ppl are complaining that the envelop came undone from the bear🤔... Besides even if it does come undone you can either sew it back on clip it on or just leave it like that. You get what you paid for and everything comes even if it comes with the envelop unattached from the bear. Just be creative or fix it.

So soft and cuddly! My sister is going to love it, especially when I add a photo of our Dad who’s passed on. I only wish there was a clear cover to protect the picture inside the frame.

Bought this for my son to give to his gf for Valentine’s Day. The bear lasted longer than the relationship.

It is a Birthday present and well liked.

Came packed super tight and when opened, the cardboard in the frame was damaged/all wrinkled up. Also didn’t realize there was no way to put the photo in the frame other than shoving it in from the front. No protective plastic screen on front. Picture will not stay in well in this one. Purchased for a toddler who’s daddy just passed away from a car wreck. Would not recommend for toddler. Also looks like red from frame somehow leaked onto the bears nose. Like when you wash red clothes with whites.

The space for the gift card was the weirdest large shape that was oversized for any use and even if it was the perfect fit, the actual frame was far too soft and flimsy to hold it in place regardless…the bear was bigger than anticipated as well

Very cute and soft teddy bear. Just didn't like that the photo part didn't have a little covering to protect the photo. Also that it didn't have a small opening at the top to insert the photo. You have to just insert it like through it, and try to open the corners, idk if I'm explaining it correctly.
