Pros:*Cheap*Easy to use*Soft silicone makes it comfortable on the breast*Expresses milk relatively well (in my case, at least)*Large bottle holds more milk so you don't have to change bottles when you switch breastsCons:*A lot of individual parts that need to be cleaned and sterilized after each use*Top piece pops off easily during use*Not compatible with standard bottle sizesThis pump is fine for occasional use or as an emergency back-up, which is what I purchased it for. If you're looking for an everyday pump, this probably isn't it. The top piece was already popping off the first time I used it. I had to stop and reattach it three times during one pumping session.

Good Back up pump
purchased for use when I was away from baby as I felt our electric pump was really bulky to carry around on a night out. I have only used it to try it out when it arrived. While I understand there is a huge difference between my electric pump and a handheld one I have to say the cone is much more comfortable than my electric pump my hand did get sore while pumping but I chalked that up to inexperience rather than faulty equipment Also expression took longer but again I feel that's to be expected. I am not sure I would use this pump as my full time pump but it fits nicely in my bag and works well for what I need it for

I have two issues with this pump. The minor issue is that the shield is covered with opaque plastic pieces so you are unable to see the nipple to be sure it is placed properly. This is a big issue particularly since this pump only comes in one size. If you use a smaller or larger shield than average on other pumps, it is impossible to see whether this one-size-fits-all shield is sized properly for you. Of course you will feel any sizing issues over time, but who wants to waste that time with either low milk production from a too large shield or pain and tenderness from a too small shield? My major complaint though is that the expressed milk just backs up into the shield and doesn't pour out into the bottle unless you lean far forward making the bottle almost horizontal with the ground. The first two times I used it, I assumed I had the shield placed wrong because no milk was pouring into the bottle. When I pulled the pump off to try placing it again, milk poured back down the shield and onto my clothes and floor. The third time, I leaned far forward and the milk finally poured down into the bottle. I can't afford to waste the liquid gold that is breast milk so this is going back.

You get what you pay for! For a cheap pump, it's worth the two stars but I wouldn't suggest anyone actually buy this who'd need to use it on a daily basis. I just wanted something cheap for when I didn't or couldn't use my electric medela pump, but I wish I'd gone with something a little more expensive for the quality. Breast milk very easily gets caught in the poor suction design of the pump, so I'm constantly stopping, disassembling, and dumping milk from the pump into the actual bottle. This effects the suction, so it's hard to have a good pumping session (even a quick mini one) with this pump. The white plastic also means you can't see nipple position in the pump or how the milk is flowing during pumping either. Overall, save your money and buy something a few dollars more for qualities sake.

decent for the price
I bought this so that it would fit in my suitcase easier during our holiday travels. It works fine, but takes awhile to get the milk flowing, and I find myself massaging the milk out more than using the pump since it can really pull hard. I am used to the electric Avent pump, so I have been spoiled. Also, I tried my traditional Avent bottles that I have under this manual pump, and it fits....you can pump right into the Avent bottles.

So disappointed
So disappointed, I really wanted to love this! But several things. . .-Most importantly, it never got any milk from me--not any more than a couple drops, and other pumps both manual and electric have done fine.-It doesn't fit any other kind of bottles (very impractical).-You can't see your nipple inside the flange, so you can't tell if you're positioned right.-It is VERY BULKY. About twice as bulky as the Medela Harmony--it doesn't fit easily into any of the little cooler things I have for milk/ice packs/manual pumps. The massaging pad is maybe a good idea, and the mechanism is very cool, but it just doesn't work for me.

A Great Manual Pump. A Good Value for the Price.
This is a great pump. The top of the pump does pop off easily (still haven't figured out how to fix that yet). It does seem to function better than our electric Ameda Breast Pump. For those with low milk production, it may be a little rough getting a significant amount out. That does not diminish the quality of this pump in any way though. This is a great pump, hands down.

Easy to use, but...
Not enough suction... The manual pump the hospital gave my wife is has far superior suction, it's just a pain for her to use. But, on tue up side this manual pump (and several others she has tried) are much easier to use.
