Amazing Pump!
This product is amazing, other reviewers were complaining about how you have to control the suction... and they didn't like that, but this product stated that before they bought it also if you did more research on it and seen the video on youtube on how the pump works you would have known that before you made the purchase, I love the fact that I can control my suction because if my nipples are in pain I can stop the suction, and when I want to go longer I can, also when I had my baby all the lactation nurses was pushing medela and I just couldn't afford medela at the time and when they asked what type pump I was going to use they were solely against it because they never heard of the product, so when they looked up the pump on their list of all types of pumps and ratings this pump actually had a amazing rating amongst certified lactation consultants in america! and she was like omg! it has a suction of a ten too, i told her yeah but I def don't go past a one! Just because you don't pay 300 dollars for a pump doesn't mean it isn't going to be any good, and also I have really huge breast and nipples and they work just fine on my breast! I would def reccommend this product to anyone, Medela is overrated and also haven't you notice the reason nurses push you into buying medela products is because thats who supplies everything for them at the hospitals.. *hint hint* this pump deserves five stars and thats why I chose to give it 5 stars, also the motor is a bit loud, but my baby sleeps right through it and she's only 3 weeks I've been using it since I've came home from the hospital and she sleeps right through it

A bit dated, but still good quality
I purchased this pump because it was the cheapest double electric I could find at the time. I have to say though, after so initial doubt as to whether or not the pump would suffice, I was pleasantly surprised. There aren't a lot of pieces and assembly is very easy. I have the deluxe and it comes with a very informative video (but dated) short DVD on how to use the pump. I'm not sure how other pumps work, but this lets you select the suction and use you finger to start and stop suction. This may be a pain for people who don't want to hold the pump to their breast. For me it works because my daughter couldn't latch correctly because of severe engorgement, and this cause her to break the skin and my nipples became extremely raw. I still wanted to breastfeed, so I use the pump on a very low setting ( I haven't gone above 3) and since I control how long the suction last I can break it before it becomes uncomfortable and break for a couple of seconds. So now I've been able to get great relief from the engorgement and still breastfeed my baby. One last thing is to be careful not to tip the bottles over the milk can go straight into the filter and clog it so you'll have to buy another. Overall the product works great for me in my situation.

Good value!
I love the idea of this company selling a product that gets the job done with minimal customized (expensive) components. The ability to pass the pump along safely to others with only new bottles and tubes for small money is a unique value this side of the hospital grade pumps. I made a small modification to the vacuum line on the second bottle to eliminate milk being sucked into the tube during the part of the manual cycle where vacuum is released. Before this we needed to wash the tube at least weekly (which is still much less than other pumps such as Medela). I recommended this modification to the manufacturer as they seem like they'd be open to input. We contacted the company to get additional filters, which was a positive interaction. Two of the only downsides are that the pump is noisy and you can't pump hands-free. While not a huge deal when using it at home, the noise can be disruptive if using it elsewhere.

Great pump for the working mom
This pump is great for traveling to and from work. I am rather large chested and I could never use the double pump part if I were to do it again I would only buy the single. The only complaint I have is that you have to change out the filters pretty often or it starts to lose suction. I would still recommend this product but I would buy a few extra filters to go along with it.
