The pad is beautiful, weighted, plush perfect. However..I took a lot of time searching for a heating pad that was on the small side I'm not that tall a person and I want the heating pad to localize at the point where the heat is needed not some huge pad that will heat other areas of the body that I don't want heated. I know I ordered the smaller size but it seems they decided to ship the 19 x 24 inch. It was way too large. They were one of the few companies that offered a smaller size all the rest had these oversized heating pads. But it seems the company or the seller sent what they wanted to send possibly to get rid of inventory? or they did not have the size I ordered? This has happened before where companies just pack and send what they have not what you ordered thinking you will like it anyway and not care or notice or complain. The company has many different size heating pads according to the insert. They need to manufacture more smaller sized heating pads please. Its really lovely but too big.

Nice size for back, does get very hot on lowest setting. The control can be accidentally turned on, it should have more of a safety control on it.It is very soft and comfortable.

Size and amount of heat were just right.

I have been using pads for couple of decades due to bad back. Some seriously expensive ones too. I wasn't expecting much due to how affordable this was - but OMG the heat this puts out is spectacular. The cover is also really nice. I use a pillow case over it tho - so it's easy to wash weekly and keep the pad clean. This one is weighted so stays in place when you drape it over yourself but also great below you. Totally recommend buying this. I purchased a Sunbeam w/this order & I am throwing away the Sunbeam!!

It is very large. I roll it and wrap it around my neck. Heats quickly and gets hot! Three heat settings.

A larger size than most which is nice, the fact that it's weighed is nice and shuts itself off after two hours which is good to have.Would definitely buy again.

Wish it had a protected casing over the pad and I don’t like the automatic timer. It is nice and large and soft. Easily molded to where you want it to stay. Only has 3 heat settings.

Works really well. Heats up fast.
