This baking mat is especially good for rolling out dough. I bake lots of flatbreads, challah, and others and love that it doesn't slip around when kneading, rolling, braiding, or cutting. It's also very easy to clean, either with dish detergent or a quick wipe of a sponge. Then I roll it up, put a rubber band around it, and stick it in the drawer until next time. I don't use it on cookie sheets, just as a countertop surface. I highly recommend this to make baking less of a chore, and more fun to do!

Great for rolling out cookie or pie dough. It doesn't slide around. If so, use damp dish cloth to wipe countertop then place mat on top of damp area to get it stay in place. It's sturdy, washes up nicely. (I wash it by hand) Make sure it is completely dry before rolling it up so it doesn't get mildewy! It's easy to store once it's rolled up and it doesn't stay curly when you put on countertop.

I wish I had purchased this mat 50 years ago! It would have saved me so much time and frustration. The mat holds onto the counter top so that my work doesn't keep sliding around. The measurements on it are very helpful in rolling dough to just the right size. I love that it doesn't require much flour to keep dough from sticking. I bought the 20 x 28 inch size and it is small enough to fit on my kitchen counter yet large enough to keep the counter from getting covered with flour. It is also sturdy and easy to store. Ten stars!

I bought this for my daughter. She loves it. It is easy to see on her counter top (white), it is easy to clean and large enouth to contain the flour sprinklings. After hearing this (she is the tester) I bought one for myself. I found it works best with a light background (like a white countertop she has) because the blue labeling stands out best with a light counter. My counter top is darker so if I want to see the labeling in the lower right corner I slide a piece of white paper underneath. I do not need to see the measurements that much, but if I do the white paper helps. Yes, I would absolutely buy this again (if it ever wears out, but I do not think it ever will)

Works well. Nice and slick so dough doesn’t stick…i still use a bit of flour or EVO depending upon recipe- but easy cleanup. Fits right in the sink and reduces waste and cleanup of the counters!

First is it is large and very easy to clean and it works very well for sourdough or any dough. I had a old Tupperware, and I mean old and it wouldn't stick to the counter anymore, I would have to tape it down to try and keep dough on my counter. Finally, I decided it was time to retire my old mat with something new. I just love it, the only thing I wish I would have gotten a bigger mat. Hopefully the company that made this mat will have an extra large mat. Five star!!

Baking is a science and I skip measuring cups and weigh baking ingredients. It really is thicker than the others and is reinforced with fibre mesh. I wanted to use it a few times before reviewing. I use it to roll out dough and it's great!People that leave silly negative reviews are just daft and probably lack any common sense in most things that they do...It's a good quality mat, makes life easy to get pizza dough the right size and easy to wipe clean. Good seller too, quick postage & not dodgy.
