Most preworkouts are the same in amounts of creatine, the caffeine and beta alanine (i think BCAA are usueless personally). Citrulline is whats responsible for the "pump" but to get the real effects you need like 6g MINIMUM. Most pwo have like 1g, if its citrulline at all. A lot of pwo just have arginine, which is a poor man's citrulline. This stuff has a really high amount (6g) and is pretty affordable relative to the other pwos that also have 6g. Taste was good, nice clean energy, but the pumps were leagues ahead. Highly recommend it.

Pros:1) It does give you energy, but nothing that sets it apart from competitorsCons:1) The powder is solidified upon opening. I had to physically take it of the container, put it in a Ziploc and pound the living daylights out of it for the product to become a powder-like texture2) Taste is insignificant. Honestly tastes like you squeezed a quarter of an old lemon in your drink.3) Various incorrect spelling errors on the labeling. I know this is a direct review of the product itself, but I mean if there are numerous spelling errors on the labeling, that means that the manufacturer isn't taking the time to fully look over all the details4) I used this product for 3 weeks and it gave me terrible chest pain after my workouts. I see myself as a seasoned gym goer and in my years of trying different workouts, this one is the only one to give me chest pain. I have since stopped using the product and the pain is now subsiding.5) The scoop that they give you only measures out a fraction of the recommended serving size. I have mg scale to weigh it out so I know.

Product came all clumpy like if moisture got into the tub. Had to break it up with a spoon. It felt good during my workout though. It's hard to measure 1 serving when all you have is clumps of the product and almost no powder. The instructions say to shake the jar prior to use it. But it hardly worked. Still was very clumpy.

Just started it has good flavor and dont make you jittery

This stuff has been great. I started with a half scoop the first day as suggested and moved to full scoop starting the second day, it was an easy transition. The product gives a nice boost for the gym, I have noticed an increase in energy while there. It has a sweet taste, reminds me of a lemonade, not hard to drink at all.

Did not care for the sucralose in it.

Good as advertised..

Very good pre-workout, flavor is good, pumps are excellent. I'm already very vascular (thanks, Dad) but my veins become so much more pronounced after taking this on biceps/triceps day. Energy boost is very noticeable, but not so much that it's uncomfortable. With this much beta-alanine of course you get the tingles, but I actually love that about it because it lets you know it's working. I normally take jack3d but after the DMAA scandal I decided to switch. I'll purchase this again.
