Working Clone
Received 25pc BD140 PNP transistors and 25pc BD139 NPN transistors. Well packed in a cardboard box with appropriate packaging material and invoice. Thumbs up for packaging, delivery item count and price. The product is of Chinese clone of NXP (though genuinity not promised by the seller, but NXP brand is shown in the picture). NXP Semiconductor is a Netherlands based company and the received NXD is a Chinese clone of NXP. Whatever, initially transistors are working, as I don't have any original NXP product I can't compare the characteristics. Three star for this. Otherwise happy with the product.
