Versatile fitness band for monitoring heart health with a few annoying quirks
My first impression after a week is generally positive. The V19 seems well made if similar to the competition, but exceeds most of its competitors, even more expensive instruments, at providing extensive 24/7 data relating to heart health: blood pressure, heart rate, sleep patterns, body temperature and oxygen levels, even ECG recording, along with step counting. Most of the data provided seem to be reasonably accurate although I have no way to assess accuracy of the ECG data. The bracelet provides current data directly on demand while the app provides hourly data in most instances. I haven't tried the connections to my smartphone for messages or calls or other features, and haven't used the device for exercise (although it has fewer distinct sports types than some competitors). There are a few downsides. First, the bracelet itself is a plastic material that is stiffer than is ideal for comfort. In order to charge the device you must remove one of the two bands so you can plug it into a standard charger, an inconvenience. In order to use the ECG function you must wear the bracelet on your left wrist, a departure from normal practice if you are left handed. However, the major problem I have had is with pairing the device "Morepro" app to my android Samsung phone. It took me quite a while to get it to pair via Bluetooth and re-pair automatically and I am still not sure it will continue to do so without excess fiddling. Customer service suggested I download an alternative "H band" app but it doesn't work well either. I haven't had this problem with other Bluetooth devices, including several other fitness bands I have tried, so I have no idea with pairing is more difficult with the V19 than with its competitors such as the Fitbit.Update after nearly two weeks of constant use: when functioning properly major heart functions--blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen levels, sleep tracking and body temperature, are surprisingly accurate for a wrist device. The hourly data is useful if you are into careful tracking. Step counting works reasonably well most of the time but the ECG function provides only limited info, and in my view is less useful than the Kardia mobile ECG. Pairing is not straight-forward and requires attention every few days, restoring the device's factory settings and/or getting the smart phone to forget the device and starting over seems unavoidable although no data is lost. Unfortunate.

It works and I am pleased with its performance
There are problems, first the manual is next to worthless. But the device is really amazing, and I am still trying to find all its functions. Am I pleased with the device, yes, and yes.

Multiple features for low price
Had it for over six months. Full range of data inputs as much more expensive fitness watches. Note: I need only general accuracy for all data. Use for tracking steps @ retail job, sleep patterns, HR for workouts, recording wt. loss, etc. Find it useful to monitor overall daily activeness. Easy to recharge the battery. Does have glitches that mostly resolve themselves. Not for fitness "fanatics" or athletes seriously training for events. It offers a lot for the money if you don't overly obsess about absolute accuracy. Very good watch to determine whether you really want to monitor all these data points.

Melody seen me through all of it. The watch was replaced within 4 days. That is excellent Customer Service. Melody did a GREAT JOB in helping me and hopefully someone takes note that good help is hard to find and someone who cares is even harder. Thank you so much.I deeply appreciate all the help.

So far so good
I found this pretty easy to set up. It is light weight and so not noticeable on my wrist. However, I have very small wrists and the face of this tracker is just about as wide as my wrist! So it really gaps at the sides. The functions seem to work well. I especially wanted this for the sedentary reminder feature so I would get up from sitting and move. The blood pressure monitor works well. I ha Overall this seems like a good tracker. For the price, it seems to do everything I need it to do without subscribing a monthly fitness program as it necessary for some trackers. I am still experimenting with some of the features, and so far have not run into any problems. All seems to be as it should be. UPDATE: I have had this now for about 2 weeks. I am using the sleep function, but it seems a bit off, telling me I only got 5 1/2 hours of sleep when I am counting 7. But maybe the tracker is counting only sound sleep. I am having a really difficult time with the sedentary function. Basically it only works if you are sitting up straight - as you would at a desk or table. Forget sitting in a lounger or recliner - or even a overstuffed chair. It does not remind me in any of those locations. Which I think is strange as sedentary is sedentary. If I have not moved for over an hour, I call that sedentary! I am getting used to the oversized band on my wrist. It is not uncomfortable. It is one of the few trackers that has a blood pressure function and it works really well on the MorePro. In fact, all the functions that are accessible from the face work really well. The ones that you have to access and program through the app are more problematic - like the sedentary remind and the sleep functions. I have never found where a record of napping is located or how to read the sleep function to see if it includes a nap. Taking all this into consideration, and having read about many other trackers, I think this is probably the best one for me. It does remind me if I have been sitting too long at my desk or table, and it seems to be keeping good track of steps. For the price, it is a really good fitness tracker - in my opinion.

No, just NOOO! It doesn't work. It's going back.
I've had a fitness watch for years but my old one is getting a little beat up so I decided to get one with a few more bells and whistles.More features does not necessarily equate to a better watch. The MorePro V19 does not even come close to beating my old beat up Samsung Galaxy fit! It may have more features, but the watch and the program it pares with DON'T PLAY WELL TOGETHER so most of the features either don't work properly or fail to sync and save.Wearability: it's hard to tell the actual size and fit of the watch from the website even if you do measure it out on your wrist. The buckle is cumbersome and rather chunky and the band is extra long. The watch body is flat as a board so if you have a narrow wrist it may not be a firm fit. Let me just caution all you slim wristed people, this is not the watch for you. It is HUGE! It is long and wide and will be uncomfortable on a petite wrist. Not a good look either.Charging: you need to remove one side of the brace each time you charge it. It is a friction fit and takes some force to get it dislodged or reseated properly. There is a plastic tail attached to the watchface that plugs directly into a USB port, but it's kind of cumbersome so you need something like a block style USB plug in like you use for a cell phone. If you try to charge it with a computer port or in wall USB port it would not seat properly because it needs room to hang down free and clear.Battery: if you anticipate using all the functions then forget what they say about battery life. Both the watch and it's associated paring program suck battery power like a starving vampire. You can expect to charge your watch daily and keep a close eye on your phone charge as well. The watch gives you a bargraph battery power reading, I may have missed it, but I could not find an actual power percentage indicator either on the watch or in the paring program, so good luck with that.Watch functions and paring program:it took way too long to get the paring program loaded and enable the watch.Set up was slow and frustrating and the paring dropped twice while I was doing it.Once I got everything set up some things worked some did not. It would not sync to my Samsung phone to enable messages, email or phone calls even though program assured me it was synced. Tested it twice... The program lies. The WATCH & PARING PROGRAM DO NOT PLAY WELL TOGETHER.Paring dropped 3 times in 12 hours even though I have good Bluetooth connectivity.Only some of the data from the watch transferred to the paring program. Some did not transfer at all, some did not match the watch, some had a mysterious lagtime of about 3 hours. Glitch, glitch, glitch one after another. Unacceptable, I want to strap on my watch and go, I don't have time to babysit it so that it plays well with it's paring program. While this watch does have many functions, half of them are inaccurate when compared with a reliable source i.e. Hr, BP, steps, the ECG program is a joke and does not work and will not track data in the paring Program. The alarms can be set, but there is no apparent way to delete ones you don't want and only some will work. (Yes I double checked the settings twice)I would NOT RECOMMEND this watch it is finicky and frustrating and not worth the headache. It is either broken or just a really crappy fitness tracker and paring program. The only thing that actually worked correctly was the time. BACK IT GOES!!!

Meh
So, this arrived quickly and was as expected. At first, I really liked all the features and tracking on this watch but I have now had it for a few days and I am not impressed with the battery or with the Bluetooth. I like that it measures bp, heart rate, sleeping, and all that, but it doesn't measure those things well if it keeps losing its Bluetooth connection, or needs to be charged every day or so. One other thing I don't like is if I get up in the middle of the night to let the dog out it stops calculating my sleep. So for example last night it registers that I got only 3.4 hours of sleep since I got up at 4 to let the dog out. It would also be helpful if it measured many different exercises other than running or walking as my old Fitbit did. I will admit that it is possible I got a dud but whose to know? I wouldn't really recommend it for these reasons. If it worked well and stayed connected I might feel differently.

Beautiful graphics!
Bought this to my 8 years old. He is a very active boy and we wanted to see how many steps he actually does in a day. He loves it! He told me that his friends at school were very impressed with it, so that's a bonus. He uses it to count his steps and also as a regular watch. The battery lasts longer than I expected, been 3 days now and its still at half battery, so I figure it will last around one week.Graphics are beautiful, very colorful and nice.Only drawback is how to charge it. To take off the bracelet everytime to plug the whole watch in a usb is not convenient.

No es de buena calidad
Para el sueño ni idea de cómo funciona. Dice que duermo lo que en realidad no dormí... Y a los semana se despegó la placa metálica que va contra la piel para hacer las mediciones.
