Cable was wrong size... but fixed and now works
I think I received a defective outside door handle cable (inside handle cable was perfect). It was about a 1/4" too long. Because of the slack.. i had to yank the handle hard to open the door from the outside. I actually fixed it by pressing a fishing ball weight on it (perfect size). Now everything works like new. See pics.
