This really makes it easy to mop floors. Remember if your trying to mop liquid up, don't push too hard. You want it to absorb the liquid.The handle for wringing is easy to use and does what you want. The only reason for the 4 was the plastic mop bottom broke sooner than I thought it should.I really like the mop as you can tell because I bought it again.

Great mop! Easy to squeeze out water and has larger sponge for cleaning floors. It's also lightweight.

My old one rusted out and so I spent a rather large amount on the new one. I had purchased refill heads for my prior mop and was dismayed to realize the new one is longer so I think my 3 replacement heads I had bought earlier are useless. Also I found it amusing that the mop came with the sponge head attached, and wrapped in heavy plastic, but the directions for how to remove the head for replacement was buried against the frame of the mop, so unless you already knew how to get the thing off, you might break those cheap plastic toggles trying to figure out whether they turn a quarter turn, or in opposite directions. Turns out they just screw off (righty tighty lefty loosy), but you had to figure that out for yourself since the directions were not visible. Does anybody think this stuff through???? Anyway, the mop is great after all the chaos.

Great mop for my tile floors

It works well but it's ENORMOUS. The sponge head is 12" long -- 3" longer than my old Quickie mop, whose handle broke irreparably. It would be great for a McMansion, but very awkward to use in my average-size apartment kitchen; it requires a lot of maneuvering to get it into corners and under base cabinet overhangs. I suppose I should have double-checked the dimensions before ordering, but who knew that mops came in different sizes. (Not I, and old Auntie has been mopping since the beginning of time). I assumed that the words "extra wide" in the product description actually meant extra wide, not extra long.

A substantial unit compared to other brands of roller mops that I have previously purchased....but also very lightweight, making mopping much easier.

I purchased the roller mop as my existing quickie ratchet style mop broke after a few years of service. The roller mop was rated very high and I decided to give it a try. I have both tile and wood floors. I was very disappointed as it did not do a good job. The sponge mop head held a great deal of water even after pulling on the handle multiple times. This left water stains in the tile floor (so worked very poor) and for the wood floors it was just ok. I found that the pushing back and forth left too much debris as well ( I used a broom prior to get the majority of dirt/dust). So this sits in my closet waiting to be discarded. Now, I did find the same replacement for my broken mop. The quickie ratchet style mop which works very well. I can either leave the mop very dry for the tile floor or moderate for wood. As it is a real mop you do not leave debris all over the place as well. This I give 5 stars. I would highly recommend (purchased at Lowes but is on Amazon as well). I did not return the automatic mop as I have used it once (and never more).

They fixed my problem

Arrived promptly and packages very well. Mop mechanics works smooth and easily to squeeze the excess water out. Washed the wood floors well and left it almost dry! Mop is large and makes me feel I really got my monies worth. It’s even marked right in the mop the type of refill to purchase when need be. I am very impressed and highly recommend. 👍
